Shōyu (Soy Sauce) flavored ramen is my favorite which is the most traditional variety with its roots in the Chinese immigrant community of Yokohama. As a ramen lover, I usually “ignore” Tonkotsu (Pork Bone) flavored ramen though is considered as the hometown favorite of Fukuoka city in Kyushu, Japan. One of the best one in a long time. Gyoza (Dumplings) are decent but average for this type of shop.
However, the management team should keep an eye on their staff as they always talk thunderously in the store about personal stuff and tv shows and more. Some good stores in Japan are very particular on where you stand, how many people can be waiting in the store, etc. Very professional.
Anyways, I am just here for the hearty bowl of ramen that would certainly satisfying I am a regular here at 亮亭 Men-Dokoro Ryo Tei & come try it their ramen out yourself
