Our colleagues went there for a birthday lunch celebration. We ordered a numer of dim sum, fried rice and dishes. The food generally is ok (not delicious) but service quality is extremely worst. We ordered one dim sum as "Fish ball" and felt that the taste is spoiled and requested to return. Their staff replied: we do not receive any complained from other tables and only can cross this out from your billing. . We ordered one dim sum as "Fish ball" and felt that the taste is spoiled and requested to return. Their staff replied: we do not receive any complained from other tables and only can cross this out from your billing. Then, we tried to order an extra two dishes with "XO sauce fried beef and Deep-fried beancurd", it only came with the beef dish and cancel the other order. Besides, the 1st staff when we have not made up our mind, he had a long face and went away (ignoring us). We have to wait for the ladies to come with black suit. When we ordered the Lotus pudding, their staff said that would take 20mins but it turn out less than 15mins, the dessert has arrived.

I was wondering why the service quality was so bad, it is not surprised that they only have few tables at night time. If they don't improve service quality, I wonder how they can maintain their client interest here.
