经过大半年装修,知道恢复营业后,第一时间去光顾。甫坐下便询问经理会员优惠是否和以前一样?知悉已经没有折扣优惠,只是不设加一。装修前不时一家人去晚饭,菜式多,份量足,味道也好!但此时打开菜谱,第一印象是菜式少了,价格高了!我们三人点了三个菜:顺德煎焗班腩煲,蜜椒金薯牛柳粒和虾干水东芥菜煲。因为只有三台客人,上菜很快,但见到大吃一惊,三个菜的份量都少得可怜!班腩每人分不到两块。牛柳粒也只是十粒左右,金薯粒亦然。切成小片的水东芥菜也是稀疏,几条虾干加上一撮肉沫在煲仔里显得寒酸,最要命的是,入口十分清淡,索然无味。是否新老板想向中环其他老牌会所价钱看齐,又搞什么fine dinning !怎料画虎不成反类犬,与装修前的经营风格天地之别!埋单789大元,茶位收25元(用茶包)也是偏贵,简直是吃银纸落肚的感觉。结论:1, 不会来第二次,会员卡废掉!2, 增加北上消费的决心!

Went here with my relatives for Lunar New Year's Eve dinner. .We ordered the following dishes to share:-Pan Fried Bean Curd Skin RollThe skin of the bean curd was thin and smooth, enveloping mushrooms and carrots nicely. -Jelly Fish Vinegar and Sesame Sauce The jellyfish was fresh and slippery. It tasted appetising with the vinegar and sesame sauce. -Stir Fried Beef with Onion in CasseroleThe beef was tender and well-marinated. The onion added some sweetness to the dish, and it was hotly-served with wok hei. -Deep Fried Crispy Chicken The chicken had a crispy skin and smooth meat. It had rather more bones though. -Baked American Oyster with Ginger and Spring OnionThe oyster was incredibly substantial. The sauce elevated its freshness, creating a sweet and juicy dish. -Braised Goose Web with Pomelo Peel in Casserole -Braised Assorted Vegetables with Red Fermented Beancurd in CasseroleThe pot included a variety of ingredients, such as broccoli, bok choy, mushrooms, vermicelli, etc. -Braised Chinese Lettuce with Shrimp Paste in Casserole-Sweet and Sour Pork with Fruit and Ginger The pork was crunchy and nicely seasoned. -Stir Fried Garoupa Balls with ScallionThe boneless garoupa fish was meaty and mouthful. The bell pepper and yellow pepper reduced its greasiness.-Braised Beancurd with Bamboo Pith in Brown SauceThe bamboo pith was slightly crunchy and paired well with the brown sauce. -E-fu Noodles-Baked Bun with Almond CreamThe bun was soft and fluffy. The almond flavour was intense. -Baked Sago and Minced Taro Custard An outstanding dessert. With a slightly burnt golden surface, the its interior was creamy and satisfying. The sweetness was just right, and the sago enhanced the richness of the dessert. .The staff was very attentive and helpful, serving us with utmost care. The place was a bit small, but quite cozy.

依家啲人成日话服务差,大家真系要揾个会员然后带队嚟呢间试吓,佢啲侍应个个都好细心好窝心,直头好似屋企人一样,真系好耐冇试过遇到一班咁好嘅侍应生。好啦,跟住讲返啲嘢食,样样质素都好高而且价钱亦都非常相宜,中环食晏饮茶每人唔使$300 ,连埋咁高嘅服务质素,真系超值。虾饺晶莹剔透皮薄馅靓,入面只虾好新鲜又够爽口弹牙。呢个雪山包好似系镇店之宝之一,软熟松化。两面黄肉丝炒面又系高水准之作,虽然肉丝芽菜同埋啲汁淋咗喺面,但系个面仍然系卜卜脆好正。呢个炸墨鱼丸足料非常,一攞到埋嚟直头闻到墨鱼嘅香味,识落唔会成旧都系粉而冇乜墨鱼。呢个虾肠又系不得了,净系块肠粉皮都已经赢晒。我哋仲叫咗杏汁猪肺汤,味道香浓,猪肺加埋瘦肉同埋鸡脚等材料,超正。

同事介绍这餐厅的饭菜大件夹抵食,而且地点最岩中环返工的上班族,所以便来试试看。我们先点了一上前菜:1. 甜梅浸淮山⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️好点惊喜,跟淮山一般滑潺潺的感觉不一样,竟然是爽脆的,有点像马蹄。2. 金砖豆腐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️豆腐超滑,外脆内软,推荐!(但外皮有点辣)3. 炸鱿鱼须⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️炸得好松化,女好味!再来主菜:4. 炸子鸡⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️又系外脆内软,鸡肉好滑!朋友说他们的沙姜鸡也很好味。5. 鱼肚浸菠菜(本身是配胜瓜,但卖晒)⭐️⭐️⭐️这道菜不过不失啦~6. 榄菜骨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️餐厅员工推介的,果然无介绍错!味道特别,蛮脆口的。7. 黄金虾球⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️又系必点推介,好香!但一件就够,因比较漏。8. 龙趸上汤米线⭐️⭐️⭐️这个一般般吧!味道比较清淡最后,当然要食埋甜品:9. 黄金千层糕⭐️⭐️⭐️10. 红豆糕⭐️⭐️⭐️两款甜品都普通,不过不失吧!11. 差点忘了,还点了木瓜汤,舒服好饮⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️整体来说,抵食推介!

餐前小食点了炸鱿鱼须,炸粉浆唔会好厚食到成口都系粉,证明师傅好有心机。订位时预订埋杏汁白肺汤,非常足料,睇吓碟汤渣就知道了,而且竟然仲有花胶喺入面,超正。另一样预订的是炸子鸡,鸡味浓,皮够薄,炸得够脆口,而且肉质够晒鲜嫩。咕噜肉够脆口,而且难得唔肥,佢仲加埋酸姜落去食落又几好味。咸鱼鸡粒豆腐煲用黎𩠌饭一流,佢D咸鱼都几香。金银蛋浸时蔬我地就拣咗菠菜,有清新嘅菜味,另外佢D皮蛋粒都好食最后叫埋西米布甸做甜品,满足的一餐。顺带一提,侍应个个都亲切有礼,令人有一种宾至如归嘅感觉。
