I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yakiniku Sakaba in Causeway Bay and it was a fantastic experience. The Signature Assorted Lamb Platter was a standout dish for me, featuring six different parts including flank, tenderloin, rib-eye, thigh, neck, and roll. Once grilled and seasoned with cumin powder, the meat was absolutely perfect.
I also enjoyed the Grilled White Eel, which had a crunchy skin and juicy meat.
The prawns at Yakiniku Sakaba were also a treat, they were big and had a great flavor.
The Japanese Wagyu Beef Rib Eye Cap and US Chuck Flap Tail were also delicious, very tender and melting in the mouth.
The Seafood & Tofu with Kimchi in Stone Pot, which was served piping hot and included scallops, small octopus, and clams. The combination of seafood and kimchi was perfect and the stone pot added a unique touch to the presentation.
To drink, I tried the Osmanthus Oolong Fruit Tea, which was a refreshing and light accompaniment to the meal.
Overall, I highly recommend Yakiniku Sakaba for anyone looking for a fun and delicious dining experience. The self-grilled dishes and the option to refill the vegetable plate was a unique feature that really added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
