Before travelling to Japan, I visited this nicely decorated izakaya helmed by 2 chefs from Fukuoka for an authentic taste of Japan. Do remember to reserve their tatami seat for the best experience 😉三瀨雞全翼一夜干 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗴 This was highly recommended by the shop and I could understand why. It’s dried for a day so the skin was super crispy. The aroma was stunning too🤩燒薩摩魚餅 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲料理長刺身 𝗦𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗶 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿This lavish platter was so good. They were like the best cut from the fish.

This lavish platter was so good. They were like the best cut from the fish. Each one was fatty and thick. It’s not cheap but worth your penny given the quality and variety👍🏼

It’s the tail of sanma and this one was super fatty! The shiso was much needed that balance the oil from fish! Just wish more pieces🥺

This was the highlight of the meal🤩 I topped up the sukiyaki with a fancy marshmallow. It was both photogenic and genius to replace sugar with it. The sukiyaki came with lots of topping and 3 fatty cuts of A4 wagyu🤤
