牛扒海鮮餐 (Seasonal Steak & Seafood Set) $498

特級珍寶蝦咯嗲 (Shrimp Cocktail)
每一隻珍寶蝦都好大，而且質感好結實。只需略加少量檸檬汁就能夠帶出珍寶蝦嘅鮮甜味道。
All shrimps are large in size, with a firm texture. Just a few drops of lemon juice could bring out the sweetness and freshness of the shrimp.

龍蝦湯 (Lobster Bisque)
龍蝦湯富有濃郁嘅龍蝦味道，內裡仲加有一塊龍蝦肉。湯內混入少量白酒，令味道同質感都更有層次。
The lobster bisque is rich in the flavour of lobster, with a slice of lobster meat added inside. With the addition of white wine, it enriches both the texture and the flavour of the lobster bisque.

免翁牛柳 (Center-Cut Filet Mignon 6 oz)
我哋兩道牛柳都叫咗五成熟，而質感真係做得好軟熟，好好咁將免翁牛柳嘅特點展露出來。海鮮方面，我哋分別試咗珍寶蟹餅同深海龍蝦尾。蟹餅啖啖蟹肉，味道鮮甜，好有滿足感，確實係 Morton 嘅必試之一。而龍蝦尾已經預先開殼，好容易就可以食到。蝦肉厚度十足，蘸一旁嘅檸檬汁更令人回味無窮。
We have tried medium cooked for both filets. The texture is extremely tender, which presents the characteristics of a filet mignon. For seafood, we've ordered a crab cake and lobster tail. The crab cake is fully made with crab meat, which is exquisite and satisfying. For the lobster tail, you can taste it easily as the shell is opened. The lobster is thick and tastes scrumptious with a dip of lemon juice

莫爾頓經典焗暖心朱古力餅 (Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake)
朱古力嘅味道濃郁，中間帶少量流心朱古力。一旁有雲尼拿雪糕同紅桑子，該清新同酸甜嘅味道剛好能夠中和朱古力餅嘅膩。
The chocolate cake is rich in chocolate flavour, with some chocolate lava inside. The refreshing vanilla ice cream and raspberry are just fit to neutralize the greasiness of the chocolate cake.
