New restaurant in the whampoa area! Very modern decor and I had high hopes when I walked in.Crab meat rigatoni HKD 138The pasta was average. This looked really fire but the breaded layer was overdone, resulting in an overly hard breaded crust which becomes detached from the calamari the minute I bit into it. So the calamari ended up on its own and it tasted rather blend without the crust. I was expecting more of a European style calamari which usually has a light yellow coloured batter that clings to the calamari.

This was actually quite nice. The lobster bisque had natural flavours and clung well to the linguine, which was a perfect al dente this time and not undercooked. The scallop was beautifully seared though a tad over cooked but still wasn’t too chewy. The ikura also took the presentation to the next level. Though, I would still consider the pricing rather aggressive.
