上層係鵝肝牛角梳配珍珠醋，牛角包壓成窩夫形都仲保留到酥皮嘅層次感🧇 鵝肝表面焦黃濃香，咬開油脂感爆棚，加埋果醬同珍珠醋就可以解膩😚
Foie Gras Croissant with Pearl conaceto Balsamico was a flakey croffle topped with aromatic foie gras. The vinegar and jam helped to alleviate the oiliness.
鹹點有日式炸蝦🍤 麵包糠皮炸得金黃酥脆，蝦肉質感緊繃彈牙😁 雞骨腸烤過之後變得脆卜卜💥 一咬就流出鹹香嘅肉汁💦 韓式年糕炸得外脆內軟，中間嘅芝士處於半溶狀態🤪 炸金文畢芝士切開之後就見到香濃幼滑嘅芝士湧出黎，非常邪惡😈
Japanese Fried Shrimp was bouncy and fresh, encased in a crunchy bread crumb coat. Chicken Bone Sausage gives a snap whenever u bite into it, very savoury and juicy. The crunchy yet mellow korean rice cake had a melted cheese encased within. Fried Camembert Cheese spilled out as I cut into it, which went well with the crispy outer shell.
甜點有忌廉泡芙，鮮忌廉內餡雖然奶味偏淡，但不失細膩順滑嘅口感😊 馬卡龍外殼夾住綿密嘅內餡，味道甜而不膩🤩 朱古力三重奏口感紮實又濕潤，朱古力味芬芳香醇🍫
Cream Puff were filled with silky smooth cream, a nice cold bite after having so much savoury items. Macarons had a perfect light texture with rich filling. Triple Chocolate was a moist and firm brownie with lush chocolatey flavours

Mussels with Cream Cheese in White Wine
青口肉質鮮嫩又厚肉，用左白酒同香草作調味，將青口嘅鮮味帶出🌊 蘸埋忌廉汁一齊食真係滋味無窮🤤
The mussels were plump, flavoured with white wine and herbs to bring out the freshness.

Dirty
呢道嘅咖啡都選用埃塞俄比亞嘅咖啡豆，味道無咁酸，配合大眾口味👨👩👧👦 熱咖啡倒在冰凍嘅明治牛奶上面🥛 層次感非常豐富
Ethiopian coffee beans are known to have a sweeter aftertaste, pouring this hot espresso on cold milk gave a nice contrast of textures.

Juice Ale
呢杯係由蔓越莓，橙，新鮮檸檬汁同薑汁汽水混合成嘅飲料🥤 酸酸甜甜帶有清新嘅感覺，有助解膩😆
It’s a mixture of cranberries, orange, fresh lemon juice and ginger ale. Very refreshing after a heavy meal.
