Newly opened near my house, this restaurant always has a line outside! I finally managed to reserve a table one afternoon recently. 😚
We ordered a Tom Yum Lobster Bisque Lava Croissant, Braised Crab Meat E-Fu Noodles in Lobster Sauce, and Iberico Pork Neck w/ Thai Dressing.
The croissant tasted as good as the one I had in their Sheung Wan store. What’s different was that this had Tom Yum With Lobster bisque in, which made it even more delicious! ☺️ The pork neck had lovely juicy fat, and a rather balanced texture! It’s definitely one of the best pork necks I had in HK. 😆 The E-Fu noodles were pretty nice as well! They were soaked up in lobster sauce, and served with some crab meat. Yummm😁
