吃拉麵其實不一定要吃濃厚的豬骨濃湯。偶爾吃一吃醬油湯拉麵都不錯。今次來到葵芳的麵屋丸京。我認為除了湯頭外,低溫慢煮的豬肉可以說是丸京的特點,只看賣相都已經贏了。不過, 整碗麵的唯一敗筆就在麵條之上。雖然它的口感是爽口又彈牙,但本身的味道並不淡薄,清湯的味道和這一款麵有點格格不入。Eating ramen does not necessarily require thick pork bone soup.
