早前去左肉屋試左頂級「京都牛鍋x壽喜燒極致盛宴」!前菜個人覺得芝士炙燒和牛卷幾有驚喜,肉入面包住左芝士,但又唔會好膩,超好食!而小食食左檸檬の牛舌,大推個柚子醬同一定要趁熱食!首先試炙燒焦糖肉眼芯牛鍋,一落鍋落左糖,再落牛燒到金黃色!肉質唔會太韌,燒得啱啱好,甜甜地之餘又有醬汁味,配埋蛋同埋飯食一流!另外,西冷肉油脂分布均勻,加上蛋黃/飯一齊食,口感再豐富啲!之後就係肩胛肉,會放左野菜盛合先,再放肉用火槍燒,食落有陣燒炙味,味道好濃,建議配埋飯一齊食更佳!最後就有甜品清爽柚子雪葩可以解膩!
