之前行街經過見到好似幾好食，於是星禮拜六夜晚就係openrice外賣自取落單班蘭雞飯同花膠雞湯粉皮。點知食下食下就快食晒之際，係班蘭雞飯d菜到發現有隻完整翻肚小強🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮成世人第一次食野食到小強😡最嬲嘅係搵openrice客服全數退款，客服只係一直覆同一句同餐廳負責人跟進緊，跟進左3日等到今日禮拜二先話退返一個班蘭雞飯錢比我，呢間餐廳永遠都唔會再幫襯，都叫左身邊朋友唔好再食呢間😡I ordered take-away and ate 班蘭雞飯 and 花膠雞湯粉皮 at home. However, eating 班蘭雞飯, I found that there was a small cockroach in the salad🪳 I almost 🤮 when I found it, and of course, I couldn't eat anymore and thrown both of them away.I contacted Openrice explaining that and asked them to refund all of the fee, but

I ordered take-away and ate 班蘭雞飯 and 花膠雞湯粉皮 at home. However, eating 班蘭雞飯, I found that there was a small cockroach in the salad🪳 I almost 🤮 when I found it, and of course, I couldn't eat anymore and thrown both of them away.
I contacted Openrice explaining that and asked them to refund all of the fee, but the staffs in charge of the restaurant didn't respond well almost "three days". After I waited three days, they only offered the half refund of what I paid for that meal...
I won't go to the restaurant. I do never recommend.
