今日同朋友黎左中環蘭桂坊既Aria Italian食weekend brunch~美景絕對係呢間餐廳既一大賣點, 餐廳位於高層, 可以欣賞到繁華都市嘅美景, 好令人心曠神怡, 感覺好放鬆餐廳有室外同室外~~ 內裏環境寬敞, 空間感十足, 座位舒適!!而Aria最吸引我既當然係佢嘅海鮮weekend brunch啦, 淨係睇網上既相已經覺得好吸引忍唔住要黎食喇Weekend brunch時間由中午12-3點, $668/位, 招牌前菜同美點以自助型式供應~每人包一款精選主菜, 再配一杯coffee or tea....如果鍾意飲酒嘅人都唔洗擔心, 呢度仲有free flow package, 可以無限添飲酒類, 自由配搭自己喜歡嘅酒類~佢哋嘅酒水選擇非常豐富, 有紅白酒, 氣泡酒, 啤酒, cocktail, champagne等等...呢道既海鮮真係好新鮮呀!!! 有龍蝦, 生蠔, 阿拉斯加蟹腳, 麵包蟹, 大蝦等, 每一款都好鮮美, 令人食到停唔住口~龍蝦隻隻都爆膏, 非常甘香, 龍蝦肉爽口彈牙!!生蠔味道甘甜, 肉質較爽, 帶有海水味~阿拉斯加蟹腳真係不得了, 每隻都好粗大, 啖

龍蝦隻隻都爆膏, 非常甘香, 龍蝦肉爽口彈牙!!
生蠔味道甘甜, 肉質較爽, 帶有海水味~
阿拉斯加蟹腳真係不得了, 每隻都好粗大, 啖啖肉好鮮味, 超正丫!!!
如果鍾意食蟹膏既就一定要食麵包蟹喇, D膏豐富到一個點
除咗海鮮之外, Aria仲有好多款好開胃嘅冷盤, 多款芝士, 沙律同埋其他小食
主菜我揀咗香烤原條鱸魚~~鱸魚烤得好靚~~ 非常新鮮且厚肉, 烤得恰到好處, 肉質嫩滑, 入口即化
沾埋少許醬汁一齊食味道更有層次!!
佢哋嘅手工甜品亦都好豐富, 仲有朱古力噴泉同新鮮嘅水果, 真係一個好適合甜品愛好者嘅地方我最鍾意佢既開心果mousse cake & 朱古力批~
開心果mousse cake好creamy, 每啖都好似入口即溶咁, 超好味!!
而朱古力批既朱古力就好濃郁順滑, 批底酥脆
另外仲有雪糕添, 有朱古力同雲呢拿2隻味, 可以連cone食添丫
總括而言, Aria嘅海鮮brunch真係係一個非常好嘅體驗, 不止環境好, 食物亦都非常出色~美食愛好者絕對唔可以錯過呢個好地方啊！

Today I went to Aria Italian in Lan Kwai Fong, Central with my friends for our weekend brunch. The beautiful view is definitely one of the restaurant's main selling points, as it is located on a high floor and offers a stunning view of the bustling city. It's very relaxing and makes you feel at ease. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, with a spacious and comfortable dining area.
What attracted me the most to Aria was their seafood weekend brunch. Just looking at the pictures online made me want to come and try it! The brunch is available from 12-3pm and costs $668 per person. The signature appetizers and desserts are served buffet-style, and each person can choose one selected main course and a cup of coffee or tea. For those who enjoy drinking, there is a free flow package available where you can enjoy unlimited drinks and freely mix and match your favorite alcoholic beverages. The selection of drinks is very extensive and includes red and white wine, sparkling wine, beer, cocktails, champagne, and more.
The seafood is incredibly fresh! They have lobster, oysters, Alaskan crab legs, snow crab, and large shrimp, each one delicious and irresistible. The lobster is succulent and fragrant, and the meat is tender and juicy. The oysters are sweet and fresh, with a slightly salty taste of the sea. The Alaskan crab legs are particularly impressive, each one thick and meaty, with a rich and fresh taste that is absolutely amazing. If you like crab paste, you definitely have to try the snow crab.
In addition to seafood, Aria also offers a variety of delicious appetizers, cheeses, salads, and other small dishes.
For my main course, I chose the grilled whole sea bass. The sea bass was beautifully grilled, very fresh and thick, cooked to perfection with tender and juicy meat that just melts in your mouth. The sauce added an extra layer of flavor that complemented the fish very well.
Their handmade desserts are also very rich and varied, with a chocolate fountain and fresh fruits. I especially liked their pistachio mousse cake and chocolate tart. The pistachio mousse cake was creamy and each bite melted in your mouth, while the chocolate tart had a rich and smooth chocolate filling with a crispy crust. They also served ice cream in two flavors, chocolate and vanilla, which you can enjoy with a cone.
Overall, Aria's seafood brunch is a fantastic experience, with not only a great environment but also excellent food. Foodies should definitely not miss out on this great place!
