Pearl Barley is a healthier alternative and carries uniquely bouncy texture. The black truffle sauce was full of flavour, topped with perfectly seared scallops.

西班牙嘅豬肉帶有獨特嘅芳香，脂肪均勻咁滲透入肉扒裡面🥩 厚切嘅豬胺令口感變得更厚實，肉質軟嫩多汁😚 拌菜有焦糖蘋果同自製嘅蘋果醬，酸酸甜甜解膩一流蘋🍎 下面墊左綿密嘅薯泥，略嫌牛油香唔夠出，味道淡左少少🤏🏼
The fat ratio in this pork loin was balanced, you could savour the taste while the oil covers your mouth. A side of caramelised apple and homemade apple sauce helped to balance the heaviness.

呢個係佢哋推介嘅分子料理甜品😍 打開玻璃蓋之後可以創造出煙霧彌漫嘅效果，裡面有一朵紅色嘅玫瑰🌹花瓣用左白豆蓉，係大廚一片一片咁唧出黎架，今次好有心思🥹 中間有白蓮蓉，雖然甜左啲，但係細細份就唔會覺得太膩😌
This dessert is the epitome of an edible art. Smoke flew out of the glass jar, revealing a rose made out of white bean paste. It had a lotus paste core and the whole dish just melted in my mouth.
飲品嗌咗Pink Lady $118同Bumble Bee $98，兩杯都係無酒精飲品🍸 Pink Lady上面嘅泡泡好吸睛，飲落去甜味特出，味道有少少似熊仔糖🐻 Bumble Bee上面係荔枝汽水，下面係玫瑰糖漿，味道清甜🌸
Pink Lady is a mock tail with a bubble on top that makes it stand out from the others. It’s rather sweet and tastes like gummy bears. Bumble bee is a combo of lychee soda and rose syrup, quite refreshing.
