The texture of the inner part is quite similar to a bread.-2️⃣「明太子多士🤎($8)」-食落明太子咸咸香香同海苔几夹面包质感系有弹性似海绵咁🙈～There are lots of cod roe on the mentaiko toast. I like the seaweed on the top. The toast is quite spongy.-
