帝王蟹拆肉後仍富有鮮味,配上水果同芥末醬帶出酸酸辣辣嘅味道,係一道極為開胃嘅前菜。
The king crab itself is fresh and tastes rich. After mixing with grapefruit and wasabi mayonnaise, it gives a sour and spicy taste, which is extremely appetizing.

慢煮蛋嘅質感好黏且滑,戳破後嘅蛋醬令到一旁嘅西班牙香腸同薯仔嘅質感更豐富。
The texture of the slow-cooked egg is sticky and smooth. The layering of chorizo and potato are enriched after you mixed it with the egg.

Skrei cod fish is having a tender texture, with a fresh taste. The squid stew underneath enriches the taste by adding a bit of saltiness.

和牛嘅生熟度控制得好好,質感軟熟之餘,仲將和牛嘅油香發揮出來。鵝肝皆屬水準之上,厚度十足之餘保留了內層的脂肪。薯條嘅黑松露味頗為濃烈,令薯條嘅味道唔會太單調。唯一美中不足就係三款食物都偏向油膩,所以如果兩個人食嘅話叫一碟就足夠。
The wagyu is well-cooked, that gives a soft texture and the oily fragrant from the wagyu. Fore gras is above average, with adequate thickness to preserve the fat in the inner layer. The truffle flavour of the fries is quite strong, which intensifies the taste of the fries. The only drawback is that all three foods tend to be greasy.

西班牙油條上桌時熱辣辣,配上朱古力嘅甜味頗為美味,但質感略嫌唔夠脆。
Churros are hot when it is served and it tastes delightful after you dipped it with chocolate. However, we both agree that the churros are not crunchy enough.
