今晚又落尖沙咀搵我老友食晚飯.....點知佢又要加班......我要戇居居喺條街度行.....因為要等佢收工先有飯食.....本來我都慶慶地.....但冇計都係要等佢.....不過今晚佢話做東.....佢請我食飯......仲話帶我去一間乜都自家製嘅越南餐廳食飯.....無論春卷...粉皮餡料....去到汁漿.....一概都係自家製....仲話好食到不得了....呢間河內大娘....都幾近地鐵站....一出地鐵站行5分鐘就到入到去又係爆曬場.....都要等一陣先有位坐....不過冇辦法啦....想食好野要等一陣不過唔緊要有三個靚女陪下你到有位坐低咗喇....老闆娘介紹佢哋嘅招牌菜....大娘蒸粉包....特別之處....係在於呢個粉包嘅皮...並唔係用一般嘅粉皮...係佢哋自己用河粉皮精製而成....口感會特別細嫩....而且皮質特別滑溜...我心諗試過先至知既然我同老友乜都想試.....就叫左一個當中包括有大娘蒸粉包既拼盤....仲要有佢哋出名又係自家製嘅春卷同蝦餅嘩.....呢個粉包食落真係皮薄餡靚....裏面材料包括有蝦米...豬肉碎...木耳絲...羅白絲夾埋一齊嘅口感簡直好味
