Was looking for some authentic Chinese food and came across this restaurant serving XinJiang food. Once we walked in, the staff in stunning XinJiang dress walked up to us, she was so friendly and gave off that pleasant XinJiang Gu Liang vibes to immerse us in!!Regarding the food, we were very impressed with the on spot flavors and generous portion! It was a traditional dish found at Xin Jiang that includes a broth with succulent lamb and onions; some wet dough to dip into the broth! The broth was enticing! Couldn’t stop devouring with satisfaction!Another dish we enjoyed a lot was 羊肉餡餅 $55!
We were very pleased that the lamb wasn’t gamy/‘mutton odor’.
