My first job, 8 years, done! Deserved a celebratory meal (I mean MEALLS). 🐟grilled tuna! And it's a rare portion...forehead of tuna..? If I am translating this correctly...anyways, VERY FATTY, oily but not greasy, とける!!! Took quite a bit of time for them to prepare, but I like how it's half raw, and grilled on the outside. !
