紫粵軒已是我在將軍澳和朋友吃飯的不二之選, 除了在區內粵菜水平手執牛耳外, 平日的超值折扣令人均消費貼近屋村酒樓, 以酒店食堂來說性價比算是最高的一家. 今次點了北京填鴨, 折扣過後比之前關注組推介的國福尚座還要便宜, 北京填鴨二食, 味道水準中上, 肉切得較厚實, 但肉質和肉汁OK, 皮夠焦香也夠脆, 最有趣的是除了烤鴨醬外, 也附上蜜糖作為沾醬, 既鹹且避甜, 配搭有趣.小菜的海山骨最得我心, 也就是蝦醬炸排骨, 蝦醬深入肉裡, 基本上不用其他醃料, 味道香濃. 外皮極之香脆, 如薯片一樣, 送啤酒一流. 另外的黃金蝦也有水準, 除了鹹蛋平均沾在蝦肉身上, 外面的粒粒脆強化本身的口感, 蝦肉大而爽彈, 又是送酒的佳品.Tsz Yuen Hin in Crowne Plaza Hotel is my favourite restaurant in TKO. Tsz Yuen Hin in Crowne Plaza Hotel is my favourite restaurant in TKO. The Peking roasted duck has the quality at the same time it is one of the cheapest in HK. Using honey as the dip sauce is also interesting. The deep fried pork ribs with shrimp sauce and the salted egg shrimp are two best dishes for drinking beer.
