兩款牛扒上桌嘅時候都係一成熟,你可以按自己嘅喜好將牛扒煎到理想嘅生熟度。牛肩屬經常運動嘅部位,因此肉味較為濃烈,中間會有一條筋,所以質感較豐富。
The two steaks are rare when they are served. You can grill the steaks according to your preference. As the chunk steak is the part which exercises a lot, it tastes richer and stronger.

牛柳200g (Tenderloin) $110
牛柳相對牛肩排厚,但係肉質比牛肩排更細嫩同柔軟。由於味道相對冇咁重,可以加少少燒肉汁或黑椒去提味,味道會更佳。整體而言,各款牛扒皆有其特色,任君選擇。最低消費 80HKD 就有 180 克嘅石燒牛扒頗為吸引,但感覺有少少意猶未盡,下次應該會叫更大份嘅牛扒。
The tenderloin is thinker, but softer than the chunk steak. As the taste is not as rich as the chunk steak, you can add a bit of sauce or pepper to enhance the taste. Overall, each steak has its own characteristics, and you can choose the one you like. With just 80 HKD, you can have 180g of stone-grilled steak, which is highly attractive. In our next visit, we would order a larger portion of steak.
