I must say that they USED to be very good ..... BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!!!I've always known that their Viet noodles are good ...... but I rarely come cos I cannot have a perfect meal (they don't serve Viet coffee). Another bad thing about this food court concept is that there's no drink to come with the meal and you need to go to a separate station to buy drinks. Anyways, back to the 火車頭 ....
The server asked if we would like to add a few bucks more to get it with Angus Beef, and I was a bit cheap and didn't ..... and luckily I didn't! Their taste being so bad now ...... it's the first time that I didn't want to finish my 火車頭!!! Their portion size was huge! But once you start eating, you'll realize there's no taste to the noodle and its ingredients. This is very rare for Viet noodles, as the strong beef broth is supposed to bring all the taste to everything. But no ..... it's tasteless! And the beef meatballs .... it taste more like Chinese style instead of Viet style. You just don't want to finish the bowl ..... cos it's definitely not what you would expect .... very disappointed ..... will not return!!!!! They make it with no heart!!!! Have they change owner? Have they change management? What went wrong?????
