A frd heard that the steak of mirage was great. We came to prove. It was lunch time and there were several lunch sets that you can choose from. From pasta, pork chop, grilled salmon, and steak, etc. A set included a soup / salad (3 choices again : 🍅 soups, mushroom soup and a salad), and a coffee. I tried the Japanese style grilled salmon and the steak. I ordered the salmon to be well done but I found it’s just medium. Anyway, it tasted good. It tasted much better than the medium grilled salmon I tried elsewhere and changed a bit my impression to the ‘half-cooked’ salmon. The cooked part and the rare parts melted together perfectly. It should be the quality of the salmon itself ? 🤔The steak I tried was medium rare. It tasted quite really good. Tasty and juicy. It was actually praised the best around north wan chai on my table. The price was just a bit higher than in those restaurants nearby but with high quality and in a very nice environment.
