La Saint Jacques
北海道帆立貝經炙燒後,伴以牛油果同黃薑片,令帆立貝嘅鮮甜味更突出。
Hokkaido scallop is grilled and served together with avocado and turmeric, that emphasizes the sweetness of the scallop.

Le Foie Gras De Canard
鴨肝味道濃郁,且蘊含淡淡嘅雞油香同粟米甜。
It has a strong flavour from the duck foie gras, with a slight chicken aroma, and sweetness from corn coulis.

Le Petit Pois
青豆青澀嘅味道好重,加入羊奶芝士餃令質感更厚。
The flavour of green pea is quite intense. The addition of goat cheese raviolis enrich the layer of the soup.

Le Dashi
頗日式嘅一道清湯,好欣賞一旁嘅炸蝦天婦羅,同清湯形成一個絕佳嘅對比。
It tastes like a Japanese-style soup. We appreciate the fried shrimp, which creates strong contrast with the soup in both flavour and texture.

Les Spaghetti
龍蝦肉質結實,龍蝦泡沫嘅味道滲透到每一寸嘅意粉,味道極為濃烈,值得推薦。
The lobster tastes firm and the lobster foam is penetrated to every bit of the spaghetti. The taste is extremely strong and worth recommending.

Le Boeuf
澳洲和牛頗為軟熟,富肉汁,但略嫌缺乏特色。一旁嘅茄子配和牛有驚喜。而當中最令人佩服嘅係著名嘅薯蓉,係食過之中最幼滑同有空氣感嘅薯蓉。
The wagyu tastes soft and juicy, but lack of uniqueness. The beef wrap with eggplant tastes surprisingly exquisite. The mashed potato is simply superb. It is the finest and smoothest mashed potato we have ever had.

La Framboise
紅桑子嘅酸甜味同冰涼質感好清新,好出色嘅一道甜品。
The sweetness and sourness from the raspberry sorbet are exceptionally refreshing.

Le Chocolat
倒入嘅朱古力醬會將表層嘅朱古力融化,揭開底層嘅雪糕。朱古力味道濃郁且香滑。
Hot chocolate sauce is poured to melt the chocolate slice on the surface, revealing the ice cream on the bottom. The chocolate tastes rich and fragrant, with a smooth texture.
