朋友仔喺中環收工,行吓行吓就去咗Katana食串燒,呢度係酒吧咁嘅格局,燈光比較暗,播住啲輕音樂,氣氛都唔錯。呢度好多日本酒,我哋開咗支Sake~串燒選擇好多,我哋食咗好多嘢😂牛舌係必食推介,又厚又多汁,咬一啖、牛肉汁爆出嚟,配合爽脆嘅口感,好味。白鱔都唔錯,魚皮燒得焦香👍🏻雞上髀肉我哋要咗幾串,雞肉好嫩滑,味道方面有汁燒、鹽燒、柚子鹽燒,最好食都係最Basic嘅鹽燒!雞尾都係我哋食串燒一定會叫嘅😛 係脂肪感好重嘅一個部份,但燒咗之後真係好香好食!然後仲叫咗雞肝同埋雞腎,雞肝多汁好味,鍾意食內臟嘅朋友仔不能錯過~最後食咗個明太子玉子蓋飯,明太子少少鹹少少辣,撈飯好味,細細碗份量啱啱好。
