話說呢度以前叫Sushi SHIN,唔知係咪撞名撞得太犀利嘅關係,原來依家改咗名叫做Sushi Kami.海膽💛得好少地方會咁處理,薄薄一層昆布包住海膽,淡淡嘅昆布香微咸,更顯出海膽嘅鮮甜👌🏻.帆立貝好得意😆師傅嘅刀工好厲害,睇落好似pixel😂其實咁樣係令醃醬油嘅時候更入味,食嗰時咩都唔洗點,醬油味同帶子嘅鮮味已經融合一齊👌🏻 .Chu toro都差唔多有入口即溶嘅效果,加上熟成左真係好好食🤤.Three layers of O-toro💛 Look at the marble,入口即溶嘅拖羅🤤.仲有其他....
