为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施,与顾客共同从源头减少厨余,环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划,参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴,以供张贴於店舖内和宣传,供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请,申请费用全免。

好食但都要预吃完个肚未必顶得顺。钟意呢间都几年啦,一开始跟人食口水鸡担担面,到后来试多咗,揾到自己心水既两碗面温提:偏辣,个肚要think twice ▫️大蒜鳝鱼面:唔可以少辣。偏咸,但鳝鱼焖好够侯 ,爱辣人士可以挑战▫️白汤肥肠面⭐️:其实大肠我都系一般,但呢款面系我宜家例牌。唔辣,不用担心个肚,又好味☺️This spot in causeway bay is surprisingly popular among ladies of all!
