唐揚雞塊有驚喜,味道以黑糖嘅甜為主,帶少許辣椒嘅辣,肉質嫩滑而且好多汁,啖啖肉。
The Wings are surprisingly scrumptious, which tastes sweet from black sugar and a bit of spicy from fresh chilli. The texture is extremely tender and juicy.

用泡芙取替紫菜,造成外脆內軟嘅感覺。三文魚切粒後加入柚子醬同少許芥末,酸酸辣辣嘅味道極為開胃。
Replacing seaweed with tapioca puff, that creates a crunchy outer layer. Salmon is sliced into dices and marinated with yuzu-kosho and wasabi, which gives an appetizing sourness and spiciness.

菠菜以冷盤形式上桌,底下伴有芝麻醬,上面撒上芥菜籽,感覺清新,芝麻醬同菠菜嘅味道都好襯。
Spinach is chilled before served. The taste matches well with the sesame sauce underneath, which is a refreshing appetizer.

原本應該係天婦羅蝦卷,但天婦羅蝦售罄,所以用三文魚代替。我哋對此比較失望,因為同頭盤嘅三文魚泡芙重疊,即使配上牛油果仍略嫌欠缺特色。
As prawn tempura was sold out, it is replaced with salmon. Even though the salmon roll is served with avocado, it is still disappointing due to the duplication with the starter.

側腹牛扒 (Flank Steak)

側腹牛扒原屬味道濃烈的部位,但依到嘅側腹牛扒味道較淡,而且質感好韌。薯蓉混入芥末頗為特別,令到味道冇平時咁滯。
Flank steak is supposedly tasted intense, but this flank steak is definitely a mild one, with a tough texture as well. Mashed potatoes are mixed with wasabi, which makes it tastes unique.

柚子蛋白脆撻 (Yuzu Meringue Pie)

柚子醬嘅酸味好強烈,而配上烤過嘅白朱古力嘅甜味令人感覺好清新。雖然份量幾大,但係酸酸甜甜嘅味道令人不自覺咁食曬,可以話係一個完美嘅結局。
The sourness from the yuzu jam is rich, and it tastes refreshing together with the roasted white chocolate. Although the portion is quite large, you would unconsciously consume the whole pie due to the exquisite flavour. This yuzu meringue pie is a perfect ending for the meal.
