有時望住menu會有種猶豫不決既感覺, 不過今晚就無呢個問題。因為今晚同朋友去左灣仔一間新開無耐既日式鋪。 佢有omakase menu, 其實係 omakase shimasu 既short form, 意思大致上係解I trust you. 即係由當晚chef決定比咩你食。 lets talk about the impressive courses 首先一開始係 現炸蟹同青鯛魚刺身。蟹係放係個aquarium到,即叫即整, 真正既新鮮。 細細隻可以成隻食, 好脆口之後係厚岸蠔, 同樣非常新鮮, 口感好滑赤鯛壽司有陣柚子香味, 同有少少辣, 幾野蟹膏海膽牡丹蝦壽司, rich taste, you could taste the three kinds of food separately at the beginning; they are compatible with one another.大拖羅壽司, 魚肉口感好好, 食緊果陣D油脂味散出黎果下真係好正, 成晚最鍾意係呢件壽司燒白鱔- 魚皮燒到好香脆, 又冇smell of burnt food, 咬落有肉汁, 唔會好乾最

最後甜品係自家制蕨餅, 軟軟地, 唔太甜, 口感同味道都好好
雖然唔係話好就腳, 但為左食好野係值得行
