今日同朋友去咗尖沙咀嗰邊食日本野,之前行過一直都想食下,今日終於有機會。入到去成間餐廳係勁香,因為呢度會食呢一個嘅甲羅燒,亦會燒海鮮,所以好香嘅燒嘢食味。而且呢度嘅氣氛就好似去咗日本嗰啲居酒屋咁樣,裝修得都好靚,坐得又舒服。睇餐牌都幾多選擇,我哋就叫咗幾樣野。

麻醬蕃茄豆腐沙律
一開始我哋就點左個沙律,呢度嘅蕃茄真係好新鮮,勁鮮甜,而個豆腐又有豆味,又一啲都唔硬,一齊食真係好清新,前菜一流呀。

刺身五盛
食日本野點小的食刺身,我哋叫咗個刺身五盛,分別有三文魚,帶子,吞拿魚,海膽同埋油甘魚。每款刺身都好鮮甜,而我最欣賞嘅係帶子同埋海膽,因為真係好甜美,而且一啲都唔腥!

甜蝦刺身
除咗刺身五盛外 我哋仲叫多咗個甜蝦刺身,啲甜蝦好大隻,都好鮮甜,食落亦都唔會覺得漿住個口,好味。

甲羅燒
聽講呢度啲甲羅燒好出名,所以我哋叫咗兩隻味,一個就蟹味噌甲羅燒,一個係黑松露蟹肉甲羅燒,兩個嘅味道都好好食,勁香蟹膏味。佢有啲青瓜俾你配,食落唔會膩。個黑松露味,聞就非常之香,食物呢有淡淡的黑松露味,如果有啲麵包配就好,因為好濃味。

燒鮑魚同帶子
除咗甲羅燒之外,我哋仲叫咗鮑魚同埋帶子黎燒,兩款海鮮都好新鮮,我仲見到有個岡就係養鮑魚嘅,啲鮑魚上枱嗰陣時仲識郁,真係好新鮮。個鮑魚好鮮甜同好彈牙,而帶子亦都非常甜,而且佢哋就唔會落重味粉嘅,俾你食到就食海鮮嘅原汁原味!

蠔鍋飯
個蠔鍋飯都幾足料,有成四隻蠔,每隻都幾大,佢有啲洋蔥青椒做配料,食落甜甜地,都算OK。

巨峰提子乳酸同蜜桃梳打
嘢飲方面呢兩款都好飲,而我哋就比較鍾意飲蜜桃梳打,因為好香蜜桃味之餘,飲梳打又有氣,配埋啲燒嘢食一齊食可以解膩。
