其實我唔知呢間舖頭幾時開張,今日專登嚟搵先知道原來好多人排隊,由於我係一個人,雖然好快就安排入座。我鍾意食燒鵝,所以點左個燒鵝瀨粉,不過佢話瀨粉賣晒,跟住我要米線佢,又話米線都賣晒,最後都係燒鵝飯啦。啲燒鵝呢有肥有瘦嘅,燒出嚟個皮好脆,皮嘅底下呢係有脂肪,咁你最好就係搣咗啲肥膏先食。佢哋加$6就有個例湯每一日都唔同,今日係西洋菜湯。I like the goose here, the skin is very crispy
