吉列豬柳手工夾堡What attracted me most about this sandwich was that it used sliced bread. I found it was toasted extremely well and was crispy despite the generous amounts of sauce. What attracted me most about this sandwich was that it used sliced bread. I found it was toasted extremely well and was crispy despite the generous amounts of sauce. The deep fried coating of the pork cutlet was not overly thick, and the meat was quite tender and juicy. Funny thing was, when I asked the waitress whether the 豬柳 or the 豬扒 was more tender, she said the former, but when I asked her which one was fatter (out of curiosity), she answered the latter… Not sure whether her answer was in fact true, or whether she was deliberately bluffing, or whether she had absolutely no idea what she was on about. Probably the last one.

Anyway, there were a lot of veg as well, mixed with tasty mayo, and the brown pork sauce was great as well. Would perhaps try the 豬扒 version next time, which, according to the waitress, is fatter but not as tender. Sounds amazing.
