with high hopes, the charsiu was indeed extremely succulent with the right amount of fat😍
with sunny side up egg and the pork fat rice the whole thing was so mouth watering 😫🤍

the outside was crunchy with some flavour powder(?) the hot sauce added sweet n sour taste to the succulent chicken😋🤍
it wasn’t really spicy tho 🤔which is to my liking 🥸🤏🤝

the ample amount of cream was reli rich in hk milk tea flavour🧋
I was surprised to find something chewy at the bottom of the puff and its the coffee rice cake! 🤍
Love how it makes it kinda like 鴛鴦 which makes this dessert even more hk style <3
i didn’t quite like the fluffy coffee tho its the springy noodle-like stuff at the top I assume? 🤔
it tasted bland and has a jelly-like texture which was a bit weird to me. 😟 personally think the puff would taste better without them
beneath the rice cake are some chocolate sauce which surely lightened up the taste!
