我們二人昨天剛試了Sagrantino 的dinner。從飲食雜誌看到介紹,是位日籍businessman開的pasta專門店。該店坐落於中環雲咸街的新建大廈The Loop,店內間格是長行形排列,感覺上檯與檯是非常近,D waitress亦會在身旁經過。二人點了duck carpaccio來share,我叫了個spaghetti with homemade lamb sausage; 太太叫了spaghetti with baby squid with tomato sauce。Duck carpaccio ($88),okay有少少peppercorn sauce同跟D salad greens balance番,但鴨就肥左D。旁邊table叫的salmon carpaccio好似好食D。Cold pasta 是該店的special,但今次冇叫。Pasta (HK$118-128): 我的spaghetti with homemade lamb sausage亦只是一般,spaghetti是al dente,lamb sausage (or meatballs)味道唔錯,但覺得ol

Pasta (HK$118-128): 我的spaghetti with homemade lamb sausage亦只是一般,spaghetti是al dente,lamb sausage (or meatballs)味道唔錯,但覺得olive oil實在過多。Spaghetti with baby squid with tomato sauce,baby squid幾新鮮tomato sauce 帶酸,但spaghetti就未到al dente即是仲D未熟。該店只有spaghetti而是出名al dente pasta,其中一份已經undercooked少少。
我們沒選dessert但叫了個regular coffee。Pricing幾有趣只是$15 但dessert是$58。
以price performance來說,只是ok,中環區有其他選擇。
