前幾日,又係我地一班朋友嘅每月聚會,我哋揀咗去食養生雞煲,我哋揀咗依間尖沙咀嘅尚上下夏雞煲火鍋店,個名都好得意又好記。我哋叫咗個雞髀拼雞胸嘅雞鍋,另外仲叫咗一啲打邊爐嘅材料,所以我哋而家淨係等食就得啦。個雞煲終於到啦,免頭仲有好多芫荽同埋蔥,所以好香,搞到我地全部都好肚餓添。再焗多陣就可以食得啦,要搞下個鍋如果唔係就會癡底。入面有雞胸同埋雞髀,所以會食到啲肉質有啲會好實,有啲又會好嫩,各有特色。食完雞煲之後我哋就加湯打邊爐,呢個係手切頂級安格斯,睇得出脂肪嘅含量係好少,所以肉質比較結實,而且仲好重肉味添。我哋仲叫咗烏冬,烏冬吸收湯底嘅精華,所以好入味。
