話說前排去咗大館個間Madame Fu食咗個貴夾唔飽嘅afternoon tea set(好難得唔飽lol),可以睇返我之前個post,於是食完就去咗Soho區嘅Baked食返飽,呢間主打自家製Sourdough嘅小店已經bookmarked咗好耐喇,唔同款嘅toast同甜品都用咗已經成49歲嘅酸種整成嘅sourdough,老過我同你🤣🤣,雖然餐牌上都有供應其他flat bread或者wrap,不過都可以轉做sourdough,嚟到呢度梗係要試下被譽為全港最好食嘅sourdough啦~Yogivasna (Housemade pita stuffed with egg whites, harissa hummus, avocado, red bean salsa and baby spinach)帶點中東風情嘅sourdough toast,餡料非常豐富,番茄加炒蛋(番茄炒蛋❓😂)加牛油果加hummus,仲有菠菜同紅腰豆,口感層次豐富,hummus加咗印度香料所以有點辣🌶,辣得嚟好刺激,味道好有以前係英國食印度菜嘅感覺,重點嚟到signature嘅sourdough,邊位好脆口,入面麵

帶點中東風情嘅sourdough toast,餡料非常豐富,番茄加炒蛋(番茄炒蛋❓😂)加牛油果加hummus,仲有菠菜同紅腰豆,口感層次豐富,hummus加咗印度香料所以有點辣🌶,辣得嚟好刺激,味道好有以前係英國食印度菜嘅感覺,重點嚟到signature嘅sourdough,邊位好脆口,入面麵包本身夠晒chewy,餡料味道比較豐富所以會有啲搶咗麵包本身酸味,不過食到最中心位置都會食到酸酸地,仲好鬆軟添!中心位置係非一般咁鬆軟,一件toast已經食到3種唔同口感,係幾出色嘅🤤🤤😍😍
Sourdough Cinnamon Bun (cardamom cream cheese icing, pistachio)
呢個cinnamon bun係呢度最吸睛嘅菜式,size真係極大😂😂上枱嘅時候被佢震懾咗,面頭淋上超多嘅cream cheese醬,creamy富奶香,仲加咗啲開心果碎令到口感同顏色更豐富,個包切開非常鬆軟而且有好多層,入口有極強嘅cinnamon味,如果鍾意cinnamon嘅人就好啱啦👍🏻
Coconut Latte
另外同朋友叫咗一杯Iced一杯Hot嘅coconut latte,咖啡本身質素幾好,烘焙度高,味道醇厚,coconut味唔算好突出,係淡淡咁滲出嚟,都唔錯😋
