今次同朋友食一餐好一點的，到位於中環的北木島喜多嬉牡蠣屋吃晚餐。這間餐廳主打日本蠔放題，生蠔熟蠔都提供，而且有串燒及其他日本料理，適合任何人。首先品嚐到菜單上的前菜，喜多嬉懷石八品顏值高，又好食又可以打卡。主角喜多嬉生蠔肥美鮮甜，我就喜歡配柚子醋品嚐到，增加風味。串燒方面的，我最推薦雞脾肉，口感外脆內軟，而且肉汁豐富。吃過串燒後，再吃一碗松葉蟹五島手延鳥冬，溫暖又滿足。愛喝酒的朋友可以加配啤酒放題，美酒佳肴，盡興一晚。I recently had a great meal with my friends here. We started with the appetizers, and I must say, the Hokkigai Eight-color Assorted Appetizers looked amazing and tasted even better. The star of the show was definitely the fresh and succulent Hokkigai oysters. I loved pairing them with a hint of yuzu vinegar to enhance the flavors.
When it came to the grilled skewers, my top recommendation would be the chicken thigh meat. It had a crispy exterior, tender inside, and was bursting with juicy goodness. After enjoying the skewers, I indulged in a bowl of Matsuba Crab and Wajima Handmade Tsubu Domburi. It was warm, comforting, and incredibly satisfying.
For those who enjoy a drink or two, you'll be happy to know that they offer all-you-can-drink beer. It's the perfect accompaniment to the delectable food, allowing you to have a fantastic evening filled with great drinks and delicious cuisine.
