Today, I went to the famous queueing street in Central - Gough Street - to look for something to eat. But hunger doesn't lie, and I was starving, so I kept my eyes peeled for any high-end restaurants. That's when I stumbled upon a restaurant that serves A4 Wagyu beef. I knew I had to try it out, so I sat at the bar counter where I could watch the chef prepare my food.
I ordered the A4 Wagyu beef and rice set, and the chef showed me a piece of marbled beef that was covered in snowflake-like patterns. He explained each part of the beef and prepared it right in front of me. After deep-frying the beef, it still had a pinkish hue, making my mouth water. The beef was incredibly tender and juicy, with a delicate and rich flavor. The Japanese BBQ sauce added a tangy touch to the dish, making it even more delicious. The set also came with beef soup and rice.
Overall, the meal was fantastic, although it would have been better if it were a bit more affordable.
