來到這裡吃什麼其實不用多想。不過，我們都決定先喝杯茶定一定驚。我點了有機甘洋菊，朋友點了"甜蜜回憶"。

That's what you called a hot beverage : it's neither warm nor boiled... simply "hot". But seriously, not all of cafe can handle that well. This one was excellent - it's hot, smelled good and tasted fresh.
這就是我和朋友來的理由。人生已經如此的艱難，除了有些事情不要拆穿外，就是難吃的東西不要放入口。這個卡邦尼，完美地從地獄拯救了我和朋友。感恩。
Here came the reason why I came here with my friend. I was not sure whether I had just experienced hell, but this one was definitely heaven.
說回卡邦尼本身。意粉本身乾身，但和生蛋混合後口感黏黏的，很煙韌。而且材料十足，幾乎每一口意粉也可以用材料搭上。就卡邦尼而言，你不能給更高的分數了。
Back to the Carbonara. The spaghetti was properly seasoned but was pretty dry originally, but it became chewy after mixed with the raw egg. Besides, the ingredients were so sufficient that you could actually tasted them on your every bite. Seriously you can't expect more from a carbonara.
結論︰有些邂逅無論付出任何代價也不能錯過。這只是其中之一。
Conclusion : There is something you can't miss in life. This is definitely one of them.
