The menu and service of this restaurant show that it is more interested in getting money out of the customer than providing an impressive service. Not all dishes are of a quality that matches the price ("roast chicken" is actually fried) and for the most popular beef noodles, there are Vietnamese restaurants which serve food with same or better quality for much lower price. However, Nha Trang's Vietnamese pancake (Ban Xeo) is of exceptional authentic quality though it doesn't come cheap ($76). T

Not all dishes are of a quality that matches the price ("roast chicken" is actually fried) and for the most popular beef noodles, there are Vietnamese restaurants which serve food with same or better quality for much lower price. However, Nha Trang's Vietnamese pancake (Ban Xeo) is of exceptional authentic quality though it doesn't come cheap ($76). The pancake, which is rarely offered in Vietnamese restaurant in Hong Kong, is freshly friend, with beans, pork (it's quite fatty) and tasty prawns inside served with fresh vegetables.
