🍵 人氣茶系咖啡店 - Basao Tea—————Finally made it to this very famous tea-themed cafe (and yes, we had to queue) and tried a few of their signature items!🍵培茶燕麥奶Hojicha latte w/ oat milk HKD 47 approx💭Had a super strong hojicha flavour, perfect for tea-lovers. Personally though, probably cus I have been making too many hojicha flavoured cakes lately, I got a little bored of hojicha and it smelt and tasted like I was straight up eating my hojicha cake batter😂 超能陪茶味，好適合培茶控，不過近期整得太多陪茶蛋糕，感覺有啲似食緊自己嘅蛋糕麵團。🍰大紅袍黑

💭Having seen this all over insta, I had really high hopes🙈 The cake was nicely rolled, but the Da Hong Pao tea flavour wasn’t very noticeable. Texture was normal but nothing exceptional, the cream was very average, prob made with just plain whipping cream, not particularly smooth or light. Was definitely expecting more given the price point. Missing the amazing cake rolls in Japan!😭本來有好高嘅期望，蛋糕卷得好靚，不過茶味唔係好覺，中間嘅忌廉唔係特別軟滑，整體好普通，個人覺得唔係好對得住個價錢，可能係我期望太高掛🙈好懷念日本高質嘅蛋糕卷
