第一次寫Ramen Champion 的食評雖然之前已經試過同場常勝軒、東京忍者以及無雙叫了一碗$75的拉麵份量確實如其他食評所說 比同場對手的要少很多湯底個人認為是同場最佳 豬骨味十分香濃 沒有豚王那份油膩感幼麵硬一點會更好 幼度跟湯底配合得宜 不錯叉燒香軟而不太肥膩可惜的是糖心蛋不夠流心 （留著最後吃 變半固體了） 個人覺得(豚骨)湯麵來說是全場最好 （還沒試最新開業那家) 不過下一次我一定要加大的順帶一提場外的「長龍」有點嚇人但排隊時間以外的短 This is my first review on Ikkousha, even though this isn't my first visit to Ramen Champion (I've tried Tokyo Ninja, Muso and Jyoshoken)I ordered a bowl of their regular noodles which costed $75. I ordered a bowl of their regular noodles which costed $75. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the portion is small compared to the others in the venue.
I think their tonkotsu broth is the best in Ramen Champion The tonkotsu taste was extraordinarily rich, but without the oiliness of Butao's broth.
I would prefer slightly harder noodles, but the thin noodles tasted great with the broth
The pork was soft and tasty and not too fat
The egg was a bit disappointing as it was over-cooked (it became close to solid by the time I finished my noodles)
I think the ramen here is the best in the venue (excluding tsukemen and the miso soup ramen which I haven't tried yet)
but next time I come, I'll get the larger portion
