Last week we have a girls night and really want to fine dining and a small & decent fine dining place, so we pick Oyster 18 as none of us tried this before. It really give us a big surprise of this small oyster bar. We then have a 西班牙火退, it taste unbelievable and delicious & the rest of the menu course is recommended by Wilson. We can only said is Good Good Good.
Another appetitize is salmon, 入口即溶 and i never eat Salmon because i really dont like the texture of the salmon, but this salmon is totally difference from what i have before and after i tired it, i love it very much.
We also order 蒜容牛油大蜆. This is very fresh but maybe i dont like the taste, so this is fair to me
For the main course, we order few dishes and share with each other..
We have Prawn & Mussel Angel Hair, Scallop Angel Hair with Squid sauce & 鴨退.
Finally we have 4 desserts and they are all lovely especially the 拿破崙..MUST TRY!

心太軟,無論chocolate & the taste are excellent
Jelley - Fair but with wine taste, so also different from other restaurant.
Total : HKD 900 each. The price looks like hotel price, but it is worth in term of the food & services. We all have an enjoyable night..
