见平台有买一送一优惠,即刻走去试试四道菜晚餐set连加一 $1066/2位酒店环境好grand,楼底好高,沙发坐得舒服~两个人食,俾咗成个sourdough!头盘香煎扇贝虽然表面煎得香脆,但口感有啲韧,overcooked。配搭嘅烟肉嘅香同蘑菇带啲酸味,加埋黑松露特有嘅香味,令层次更丰富。龙虾浓汤味道鲜美,口感顺滑,但唔算好浓郁。中间搭配料番茄干、龙虾肉,番茄干嘅酸味提升咗汤嘅鲜味。主菜菲力牛排 +$108面头有一大块鹅肝,食落都几漏。牛排煎得几好,肉质软嫩,调味恰当,汁嘅份量反而唔系好够,搭配嘅薯蓉好香奶味,菠菜份量略嫌少咗啲,重肉需要啲菜balance下。香烤鲈鱼不过不失,鱼皮煎得好香脆,食到底发现都几油。对比起碟牛排,鲈鱼嘅配菜更丰富,面头有少少椰菜,底下垫咗车厘茄同酸酸哋嘅洋葱,减低油腻感。甜品焦糖乐园椰子芒果慕斯蛋糕两款甜品都系一件慕斯蛋糕加一球雪糕。慕斯蛋糕层次感唔够,3/4都系mousse,口感smooth为主,味道都比较单一,焦糖乐园个蛋糕净系食到朱古力味,焦糖味完全冇。会话甜品有啲失望。

Got our last minute Christmas Day Brunch booking. Sat outdoors. No regret. Lovely day.Food option great, quality fabulous atmosphere excellent. Packed but staff are spectacular with service and their patience.With Champers package added in, price was $1500 per person for 2.5 hours of lovely food and quality champagne!!Shame no Yorkshire pudding and only had small side plates - no large plates to enjoy the roast. Otherwise everything is perfect .

环境服务都好好,枱上面有洋烛同鲜花🌷,环境真系好幽静,好舒服。侍应好殷勤同专业。食物都好有水准,牛扒好好食😋好有质素。伴菜嘅烤粟米芯真系不得了😍超级好食,好食过牛扒🤣。今次套餐仲啱每人一杯香槟。cheers😎不过个甜品味道就非常酸,酸到唔想吞落肚。系热情果甜品,如果个甜品系甜蜜蜜就好啦,酸到头都痛埋。🤯佢有另外一个朱古力甜品嘅卖相都好靓㗎,不过我本人就唔系太喜欢食朱古力所以就冇拣。有广东话嘅侍应可以好啲沟通。好想再去啊。
