2009年5月如果要揀既話, 就一定唔會揀 steak house 喇 !! 因之前係 spoon & 欣圖軒 都失望而回 !!因上年係spoon 用某信用卡簽賬優惠, 寄來 cash coupon, 就用黎試洲際內唯一想試的 steak house 喇 !! 心想, 差極都有塊好少少既 steak , steak 亦出會出事呱 !!lobster bisque 相信係大煲煮出, 味道可以更濃會更好 !!因我已信心盡失, 要試當然試 brunch 喇 !! salad bar 選擇夠清新, 好多蔬菜選擇, 有生的, 有 grill 的, 也有pickled 的, 有 ham & cheese 添 , 但 ham 無味 !! lobster bisque 相信係大煲煮出, 味道可以更濃會更好 !! main course 我點 ribeye, 因另一半要 sirloin, 其實我個人喜歡 sirloin 多, 喜歡其咬口有勁, 帶粗獷感, 肉香汁濃, 若控制火候恰當, 做到外面脆帶微焦~~~~真係極品 !!! 當日我既 ribeye 有肉香, 外未較脆, 但帶碳燒香, 亦算不錯~~

因我已信心盡失, 要試當然試 brunch 喇 !! salad bar 選擇夠清新, 好多蔬菜選擇, 有生的, 有 grill 的, 也有pickled 的, 有 ham & cheese 添 , 但 ham 無味 !! lobster bisque 相信係大煲煮出, 味道可以更濃會更好 !! main course 我點 ribeye, 因另一半要 sirloin, 其實我個人喜歡 sirloin 多, 喜歡其咬口有勁, 帶粗獷感, 肉香汁濃, 若控制火候恰當, 做到外面脆帶微焦~~~~真係極品 !!! 當日我既 ribeye 有肉香, 外未較脆, 但帶碳燒香, 亦算不錯~~~~ 起碼在家煎就只能控制到外脆帶微焦, 而無碳燒香 !!
dessert 係美式, 大大件, 睇落好甜, 絕不是我喜愛的 !!
整體不錯, 係洲際餐廳 "唯一" 會再來

今天是我倆的特別日子前夕, 抵讚的MP老早作好準備, 還神神秘秘的, 總不讓我猜到今天的節目, 只約好時間地點, 要我準時到達就好了... 因此即使經過昨晚的舟車勞頓, 我還是預早起床扮靚靚, 去迎接今天的午餐記得前兩天才跟MP提起過我倆兩年前特別日子的慶祝晚餐, 也是在洲際度過的... 想不到兩年後的今天也是如此~ MP帶我遊了一輪花園, 弄得我連到了酒店也不知道 ... 而這酒店的出名食府如此多, 一直至到達那條通往地下的樓梯我方才知道我們就是要去吃早幾個月前提及過的sunday brunch 呢~~~ 還記得那時候我為MP的慶生飯選擇食府, 這裡也是後選佳麗, 就是因為有這個很抵吃的sunday brunch我才放棄了來吃晚餐這個brunch吸引之處就是可以以低價去享受很多美食, 還有紅白酒相伴, 實在是人生一大樂事~ 這個五星級酒店除了有五星的美食外, 還有六星的服務... 那位服務員由頭到尾都保持笑容及非常體貼的態度, 我不禁認為她必定很喜歡她的工作, 而這酒店對待員工定不會太差, 否則難以想像可以有如此出色的服務呢...話說回食物, 我倆先來一杯果汁作為開場物, 我要的是西

記得前兩天才跟MP提起過我倆兩年前特別日子的慶祝晚餐, 也是在洲際度過的... 想不到兩年後的今天也是如此~ MP帶我遊了一輪花園, 弄得我連到了酒店也不知道 ... 而這酒店的出名食府如此多, 一直至到達那條通往地下的樓梯我方才知道我們就是要去吃早幾個月前提及過的sunday brunch 呢~~~ 還記得那時候我為MP的慶生飯選擇食府, 這裡也是後選佳麗, 就是因為有這個很抵吃的sunday brunch我才放棄了來吃晚餐

這個brunch吸引之處就是可以以低價去享受很多美食, 還有紅白酒相伴, 實在是人生一大樂事~ 這個五星級酒店除了有五星的美食外, 還有六星的服務... 那位服務員由頭到尾都保持笑容及非常體貼的態度, 我不禁認為她必定很喜歡她的工作, 而這酒店對待員工定不會太差, 否則難以想像可以有如此出色的服務呢...

話說回食物, 我倆先來一杯果汁作為開場物, 我要的是西柚, 酸酸的開胃最好~ 然後便開始starter ... 光是自助頭盤也叫人心花怒放, 眼花撩亂~ 愛試不同款式的我倆一共來了兩round starter, 吃了salad, grilled pumpkin & pineapple, 不同款式的cheese, mozzarella tomato.... 要數到印象深刻的是那些不同款式的salad dressing及cheese... salad dressing也有大約6款, 而特別的是有那yogurt olive 及potato& blue cheese... 我倆就是試了這兩款... 那個potato的很特別, mix得很合我倆的胃口~ 而芝士也是令我倆著迷的... 雖不是太精於吃芝士, 但光是看到近10款芝士已夠awesome了... 差不多把所有都試過, 對那個chives的, black pepper的, 及大眾情人parmesan cheese最鍾情... 貪吃的我曾經想再多來一round芝士, 但想到餘下的美食多蘿蘿也就放棄了crazy的念頭... 去迎接我的龍蝦湯.....

這lobster bisque一上就香氣撲鼻, 橙色的濃湯, 內有小量龍蝦肉及一些西芹, 絕不欺場... 以前喝過太鹹的龍蝦湯, 今次這個的味就調得剛好... 我倆未喝過最正宗的, 無從比較是否authentic 的recipe... 但不作比較的話, 這是一個好湯~好得不太愛西湯旳我也喝得一滴不漏

說了這麼多, 吃了這麼久 (我倆光是吃頭盤和湯也花多個多小時呢), 終於來到今天的main course了~ MP要了ribeye, 而我則在steakhouse裡吃海鮮~ 要了seabass, king prawn及scallops
認了侍應的推介, 要了四成熟~ 不過據我倆觀察所得, 那steak就只有中間部分有四成, 其他呢.. 五至六吧~ 不過這也不影響牛扒的質素... 雖然這裡有出名的多款mustard, 但MP也只鍾情最基本的english mustard, 反而愛辣的我就試出chilli mustard, 味很似一般泰式的辣醬~~牛扒的質素比不上我們在茹絲所吃到的, 相信是brunch的關係... 但也是肉香的一塊靚扒~
而我的海鮮中, 最喜歡的莫過於seabass, 小小的一塊魚, 肉卻鮮甜無比, 我也貪玩地試了桌上的7款鹽, 不過還是不加調味的seabass最好吃~ 其餘的蝦和帶子也很好, 只是風頭給同碟的魚蓋過了~~
肚子有空的話也該試試伴碟的薯仔和露筍~ 那薯仔是mashed然後放在薯皮上連同芝士焗, 跟potato au gradin有點相似, 所以也非常得我倆的欣賞~

最後到了甜品環節, 放在甜品桌上的款式不算太多, 但若要每款都試勻也有頗高難度, 再喜歡吃甜品的我們也只是每款小試 ... 有brownie, american cheesecake, pieces of lava cake, 米通, choco mousse ..... 吃得最令MP高興的是那朱古力brownie, 別小看它, 這可是朱味很濃的呀! 而我最喜歡的是傳統的美式芝士餅, 那濃郁的芝味叫人心動~ 而這裡著名的choco lava cake也是強烈推介, 雖然只有切開了的心太軟, 但仍能吃到那濃得化不開的朱古力, 要是可以每枱一個的話, 我也不敢想像後果呢~

一定不能錯過的是任飲~ 三紅三白任君選擇, 吃紅肉的MP要了紅酒, 而既吃海鮮又最愛白酒的我當然全力主打白酒... 我是很喜歡白酒那香甜的果味, 但仍未真正懂得品酒, 所以也要勞煩侍應, 她說由上而下喝起, 第一款白酒是果味重, 香香甜甜的; 2nd則比較似sparling wine, 而最後一款就是最 '典型'的白酒味~ 我對MP的紅酒印象不太深刻, 只覺得的確的一款比一款濃味, 而紅酒的味比較complicated, 多層次, 我這般初生嬰兒級數的人自然不太會說出其味道~ 不過, tipsy的感覺的確很特別, 好像整個世界也變得簡單了, 那是我喜歡喝酒的原因之一~

經過了這幾年的時光, MP越來越懂我, 也越來越寵我~人家說女孩子總會找個似自己爸爸的男孩子, 在這方面, 跟MP也有幾分相似

explorateur(奶白色很香的法國芝士)及三款分別混入胡椒, 大葱和芥辣的芝士. 其餘食物較普通, 如燒矮瓜和青瓜, 燒菠蘿, 燒青紅黃椒, 燒南瓜, 薯仔沙律, 洋薊,
我喜愛的水牛芝士蕃茄沙律, 南瓜雞冬菇沙律, 及自選雜菜沙律等.

之後上龍蝦湯
, 一人一客. 內含龍蝦肉, 西芹, 蘿蔔, 蕃茄等, 算是挺香的. 主菜十選一: 我要prime rib. 其他選擇有牛柳, 西冷, 肉眼, 羊扒, 蝦, 帶子, 三文, 海鱸或雞, 又或可自由配搭三款. 我的牛扒簡直有面孔一樣大, 連骨上, 四成熟, 配以菇和蘆筍(有點老), 焗薯仔, 亦善. 多款芥辣任君選擇, 真令人眼花繚亂, 分別有英式, 法式, 洋葱, 蒜茸, 辣根, 黑醋, 芥籽等十多種(老實說我也吃不出其中明顯的分別, 還是要傳統的英式法式好了)! 牛扒雖酥軟, 但可能火候不足, 欠炭燒的香味(雖然據說這裡是香港少有吃炭燒之地), 且有點不易切開, 不算最出色的.

甜品也是自助. 洲際不以甜點聞名, 但正如其他食家所言
巧克力fondant實在無懈可擊, 有香濃的巧克力和流出的漿; 而它們的brownie和巧克力fudge cake亦佳; 美式芝士蛋糕亦足料而芝士味重; 其他有綠茶芝士蛋糕; 棉花糖草莓蛋糕, 香蕉忌廉蛋糕, oreo威士忌蛋糕等等, 此皆特製, 類似結婚用的巨型蛋糕. 最後是餐茶, 結束悠閒的一個週末, 滿足得捧著肚子.

有張 Steak House 嘅 $400 cash coupon, 4月15號到期, 所以特登同3位朋友食完飯去winebar嗰邊食甜品.因為個個都好「支力」, 所以無飲酒, order 咗:- fiesta punchless- gunner- virgin mojito x2- 當然唔少得 chocolate fondant嘩! 個chocolate fondant $130 咁大個! 幾個人share都幾抵喎~ 埋單總共$517, 用咗$400coupon, 即$117! 抵!! 仲有, 呢度食得雪茄, 仲可以喺度買.winebar 嘅環境氣氛都唔錯, 好啱三五知己飲嘢傾計.

My wife and I went to the Steak House to celebrate our first Valentine Day after marriage.It was super crowded even on a Thursday night @ 8:30pm. Very noisy - not recommended for a romantic dinner or dating.Service was good. Waiters were attentive...Bread and their own butter were good. Becareful - don't ate too much otherwise no room for starter and main course.Starter - we ordered salad bar for our starter (HKD 160 per person). My wife and I went to the Steak House to celebrate our first Valentine Day after marriage.

It was super crowded even on a Thursday night @ 8:30pm. Very noisy - not recommended for a romantic dinner or dating.


Service was good. Waiters were attentive...


Bread and their own butter were good. Becareful - don't ate too much otherwise no room for starter and main course.

Starter - we ordered salad bar for our starter (HKD 160 per person). Selection was not huge but the vegi was fresh (my wife enjoy the Aussie Tatsoy very much), only 3 kind of cold cut. But their cheese selection was not bad. Cheese lover will enjoy it alot. Good selectin of Vinegar and Olive Oil too.

Main Course - My wife ordered 14Oz New York Strip (outside burn and inside median to rare) HKD 620. The steak itself was very tender and juicy. Highly recommended.

I ordered Ribeye Steak (also outside burn and inside median to rare) HKD 588. The steak itself was a bit fat, very juicy but not as tender as the Strip. Maybe it was not as thick as the Strip. And the beef taste was not as strong as the Strip too. Not recommended.

Sider dish - we ordered portobello mushroom. Very fresh. Very Good.

Came here for dinner last week, liking the view and atmosphere, was pretty impressed with the wine list as well.Chose three courses for the evenning, first was the salad bar ($120). I thought it was particularly well layed out and the food was nicely chosen. Selections of parma ham and salami, cheese platter, the greens were fresh and because I have a thing with salad dressings, ate two full plates which I did regret after the main course was served.For the main course I had the US Prime ribeye

For the main course I had the US Prime ribeye steak 16onz ($480), cus I prefer steak with more fat so I normally choose ribeye over sirlon. Anyhow I thought the steak was brilliant though not exceptional, thought Ruths chris's are better overall (die heart fan). Anyhow this is still good.

For dessert I had the apple pie (cant remember how much) with caramel ice cream and caramel sauce, which needed to be pre ordered! Was not disappointed but then again, not exceptional.. have had better!!

price was reasonable, as expected!! An enjoyable evenning overall especially with the few glasses to drink =]

Overall a restaurant that lives up to the expectation but just worth visiting from time to time!

Dinner here again for my birthday. Its my third time dine in here. Because we have many times experance. So this time we only order one main course for share with my gf. Then she have cream & mushroom soup for appetizer. And I have the all you can eat salad bar. And a chocolate fondant for ending.Everytime here will having great tast bread. Soft and warm, also their tomato, garlic butter a tast very good too! But we can't finish it because its too much. And we scare that we can't finish all othe

And we scare that we can't finish all other food. So we leave the bread there. And when we finish the appetizer. I've ask that can we take the bread away because its too wasted for throw it away. Then they pack it nicly and leave it at the side of table for us. We think thats why they are the best!
Mushroom soup got no suprice. Just like everytime we tast it here. And the food at the salad bar I like the most are their great tasting dry ham. I've eat alot of it. Also the vegetable at the salad conner are very fresh. Also have many kind of cheese. For only $130 extra with main course. Its very nice.
For main course we choose the Rib steak cook in medium. Before eating they will give us 7 knife for us to choose. Everyone will know it if they had dine in here. Because we've tell them we will be share. So its already cut in half and serve in two dish. Thats make us feel very happy! Very very good service! We are realy happy. But the steak quality are not good as before. No more great smoke tast. Just don't know why. And we both only eat a quarter of it. Then we take it away again. Just for tomorrow's breakfast, he he!
Then a Chocolate fondant for ending. Thats as nice as before. Warm and great chocolate tast. Yummy! Its a great mouth feeling with vanlia ice-cream.
Over all they have great service. But the food quality are abit drop. Hope they can make the steak better next time when we go again. And we spend total $1300 for using $400 coupon. Normal price will be $1700 for 2. Not cheap, but their service are realy 6 stars!

我想我會用極度滿意來形容今天難得一次的家庭晚餐,我會毫不考慮說這餐廳是在全港最佳 steak house 前五名內......原因不是因為這店是五星級酒店的附屬扒房,亦不是因為它有十來款不同的刀具或七、八種不同產地的海鹽,還是記不下那樣多的芥末品種。極度滿意只有一個簡單理由 - 物超所值。我的 Tasting of duck Foie gras 做得極為出色。Foie Gras 的份量不小,配上薄麵包和青蘋果條是十二分理想的配搭。廚師控制火候亦十分到家,外微焦而內軟是百份百能做到。另外的 terrine 配上一小片的 dark cocoa crisp 亦是配搭得宜。可可的微甜帶出鴨肝的鮮味,絕對是個具心思的安排。只可惜不是 goose foie gras 而是 duck foie gras.....拙荊點的是焗蝸牛,我嚐了一只,感覺是充滿香草及蝸牛味。蝸牛、香草及牛油汁液滲進了下面的土豆蓉裏令人回味無窮。自助沙拉吧的選擇算是應有盡有,絕不欺場。犬兒點的主菜是香煎鱸魚,用香、軟、滑來形容一點也不過份。不消十五分鐘,一塊 12 安士的鱸魚巳消失得無影無踪,不單如此,就連拙荊點的 surf

我的 Tasting of duck Foie gras 做得極為出色。Foie Gras 的份量不小,配上薄麵包和青蘋果條是十二分理想的配搭。廚師控制火候亦十分到家,外微焦而內軟是百份百能做到。另外的 terrine 配上一小片的 dark cocoa crisp 亦是配搭得宜。可可的微甜帶出鴨肝的鮮味,絕對是個具心思的安排。只可惜不是 goose foie gras 而是 duck foie gras.....

拙荊點的是焗蝸牛,我嚐了一只,感覺是充滿香草及蝸牛味。蝸牛、香草及牛油汁液滲進了下面的土豆蓉裏令人回味無窮。

自助沙拉吧的選擇算是應有盡有,絕不欺場。

犬兒點的主菜是香煎鱸魚,用香、軟、滑來形容一點也不過份。不消十五分鐘,一塊 12 安士的鱸魚巳消失得無影無踪,不單如此,就連拙荊點的 surf and turf 也可以 "全軍覆沒",對一向食量不大的拙荊和犬兒是件 "不可思議" 的事。

反而我的 24 oz Rib eye in short rib 就幸運地 "幸免於難"。原因是 - 太貨真價實了!味道是百份百騙不了人 aged beef 的獨有濃郁牛肉味,再加上真正的炭火烤至微焦配合不免令人食指大動。豐盛的肉汁証明廚師掌握火候的功力非常到位,再加上一小點海鹽調味......真正的牛扒就應是如此。但無論如何, 24 oz 的牛肉我還是沒有這種 "海量" 去完全嚥下......還勞犬兒幫忙吃掉三分之一。最後的結局,一家三口是飽得不能再飽,捧腹而回。

侍應生的服務態度專業和友善,真的做到不卑不亢。免費付送餐廳外美麗的維港夜景永遠都是最佳的飯前小食......但不知為何,我總是覺得在海岸水平從九龍遠望港島比港島遠望九龍的夜景更為璀璨。

結賬是三千左右,以如此水平的食物,環境及服務絕對是超值。唯一美中不足處,220 元一杯的 house red 貴得有點過份......

Their chocolate fondant is a must try. It's the best chocolate fondant I've ever had! It's rich but not too rich, sweet but not too sweet, the chocolate lava was just soooo good. Everything was done right! Aside from their chocolate fondant, we were equally satisfied with everything else. Service was impeccable, the steak was delicious, lamb rack was sumptuous, the complementary bottle of wine was excellent (we had a coupon), salad bar had such a great selection of cold cut and cheese. Together with the discounts (free bottle of wine plus 30% off the bill), we only spent around $650 per person and were totally satisfied with the meal. The Intercon Steak House and Spoon are both and the only restaurants where we could walk away with no single word of complaint!

老婆生日, 一早訂枱, 但依然只被安排坐廚房門外那種半"卡位". 坦白說, 這種枱跟"閒閒地"收$1,000 PER HEAD 的餐廳, 似乎不太合襯.服務方面很不錯, 但十多種海鹽和餐刀的選擇, 只是好玩性質居多.Ceasar Salad 下了很美味的很anchovies, 跟伴碟上那芝士條十分合襯. Medium rare 的New York Strip 火喉極準確,肉味亦佳.最後的水果甜品取名"Bomb", 甜的糖外層加上內層酸的mousse cake, 形狀似一個大炸彈, 外形好玩, 但mousse cake嫌太酸.因坐位及氣氛不佳, 下次還是去Mortons吧.

Went to have dinner at this steak house for dads bday. i ordered a rib eye steak with potato skin on the side and a lobster soup. For desert we ordered a hot fudge chocolate cake. 洲際既扒房享負盛名, 果然係香港數一數二既扒房, 無論食物, 服務, 環境都係頂級水準, 唯一係locate 係basement 始終唔及spoon個無敵大海景咁壯麗, 不過都有幾張枱可以望到海景, 但係就要早D book lar =)

Food we ordered: (2 person)
1. US prime steak - 14oz New York Strip (medium rare, but it actually tends to medium)
2. US prime steak - 16oz Rib Eye Steak (medium)
3. French Fried
4. Pinot Noir 2004 New Zealand (bottle)

Rib Eye 係好食D 既, 因為有少少肥肉,脂肪比例較多,入口香滑, 肉質就比New York Strip 腍D, 但如果鐘意食有質感既肉地, 就應揀NY Strip (但塊扒食到中段開始有少少乾, 可能係因為太大塊, 要食好耐, 於是風乾左......) 因為用炭烤, 塊扒入口有燒香左既炭味, 一流!!!
我塊係NY Strip - medium rare, 但煮出黎有D 似medium lor, 不過都好好食...如果可以再rare D 就perfect lar ~


Gimmick D 既係佢有8種罕有既鹽 (黎自世界各地不同地方既鹽) 及9 種 homemade mustard, 仲有成10種唔同既扒刀俾你揀......真係要intercon. 既扒房先揾到lar.....
鐘意佢既kitchen 係半open 形式咁俾你睇到, 可以見到D 扒係點樣係炭爐上面燒....當你睇住塊超過20oz 既靚牛扒係熊熊既火焰中GRILL 成.....WOO...太出色LAR...

隻Pinot Noir 一開既時候好香, 不過好快陣香味就散左.....不過都係一瓶好WINE....

好想試佢既chocolate fondant, 因為呢個招牌dessert 真係個個都order 架, 但係實在太飽lar....我好唔容易先把一塊比我個胃還要大既14oz 靚牛食落肚, 真係再容不下任何美食lar....唯有等下次lar...

收碟既時候, 個waiter 哥哥係度笑 (因為係我幾經努力下, 我真係成塊扒食得一乾二淨,而其他人通常都會食淨小小), 唔知佢係咪覺得呢個女仔真係好大食呢 !!!

下次黎食既時候, 可以叫一塊16-20 oz 既扒, share 食, 然後可以order 多D 其他食物, 如 chocolate fondant / burger / appetizer etc

Conclusion: unforgettable anniversary with extraordinary taste !

牛扒是主角, 那些芥末, 外國進口鹽和把與別不同的刀子, 只是作陪襯而矣.
朋友可能吃不慣五成熟的, 又大件, 最後都留待吃 Chocolate Fondant.

大大個心太軟上場, 加上蠟燭一支, 都幾搞笑, 一切開, 朱古力溶岩即時湧出, 我們也迅速把上面的雪糕疏散到安全地方 (自己隻碟).

朱古力很香很濃, 不太甜, 又不苦, 味道相當好.
由於實在心太軟太大個, 雖然好好味, 我和朋友只能消滅三分之一, 其餘只好打包給朋友回家...(據聞已於第二天早上把它完全消滅).


$130 來一個吃不完但可以打包的 Chocolate fondant, 其實是頗扺吃的; 最不值的應該是那百多元的蒸餾水了~ 哈哈!
