非常差的用餐体验!!!(如果可以,我会给他们零分) 没办法想像在食物中出现一条3-4cm长的虫,3次礼貌地追问下,经理及店员不停逃避,完全没有解释,只是说等待厨房的回覆,我们结帐后再三追问下才得到厨房回覆,他们的答案是“今天很忙”,食安康鱼肝,有寄生虫出现是很正常的事情. ??!!!! 这个答覆真的令人很惊讶,一顿那么昂贵的晚餐,每人费用$1600,订位时每人还需要支付$800一位的订金,相信没有人希望吃饭吃到寄生虫,他们的食物安全概念很有问题. 食物中出现寄生虫,一条也会嫌多,何况是米芝莲二星餐厅的姊妹店😡😡😡😡*好彩我只系食咗少少就发现有虫,但系唔知会唔会净系得一条虫咁简单呢😅,我嘅同伴一啖吃下整件,不安中....😵💫😵服务方面,亦都令人非常失望,除了不会提供热茶或水之外,到最后甜品亦与menu上完全不符,我们发现后再追问,才通知我们原本的homemade vanilla ice cream没有货,改为其他雪糕,而menu上的Red Bean Paste Pancake 亦从来都没有出现.我们订位时,已经付出每人$800,2位共$1600元的订金,若果甜品是没有货的话,应该我们到达时,一早已经要通知我们,或者直接更改餐单,而不是我们发现后追问下,才解释为何食物与预订餐单不相符😡😡😡

最钟意试新餐厅,喺香港食过两间有名嘅天妇罗 Omakase 餐厅,开启咗对天妇罗嘅认知,所以决定过嚟呢度试吓lunch同朋友book咗八位包场,个Menu望落好似有机会会唔够饱一开头上咗个汤暖一暖胃,呢个虾丸非常好食,concept有啲似中菜嘅虾滑之后喺银杏、车海老、芦笋天妇罗,味道同埋食物都中上再之后嘅鱼、莲藕,亦都不过不失。海胆只系紫菜天妇罗,上面再加生海胆,同其他天妇罗海胆有啲唔一样之后我哋再追加 天妇罗白子 & 天妇罗海鳗,食物质素亦都系中上性价比唔算特别高,因为只食 lunch set 满足感唔够,一定要再散叫

喺中环既Tempura Omakase 食过3间,呢间系我暂时觉得最好食既一间💜8个座位爆满,要提早booking 呀😝头盘有炭烧 鲭鱼(半生熟),A++,第一味已经好好食整しゃぶイクラとなめこのおろし和えYellowtail Shabu with Salmon Roe & grated Nameko sauce再黎有炸虾、银杏、鱿鱼,个鱿鱼顶瓜瓜!个口感同食开既鱿鱼𠮶唔一样,佢有啲麻糬嘅口感。炸虾有两只,一只系半生熟口感好好,另一只系全熟,个人喜欢全熟,味道更好🫶🏻霞が・市海老・アオリイカGinkgo • Kuruma Prawn • Bigfin Reef Squid跟住有个菇汤清下味蕾アサリのお吸いClam Soup鱚鱼、北寄贝、茄子、马粪海胆,鱚鱼配埋个天妇萝汁真系好食到可以再encore😋个茄子系我食过最好食既茄子,外脆内软🤤个北寄贝都有惊喜每・ホッキ贝・米子・ウニ人Sillago • Atlantic Surf Clam • Eggplant • Sea Urchin舞松菇、粟米、海鳗舞茸・トウキビ・穴了Maitake Mushroom : Corn • Conger Eel丼或茶渍饭,个丼份量岩岩好,加埋个汁,甜甜地,配个炸海鲜饼天妇萝,真系食到个样都变成🤤🤤🤤芝海老のかき扬げ天井/大茶Shiba Shrimp Tempura Rice Bowl or Rice with Tea甜品系牛奶雪糕配天妇罗甜蕃薯,个甜番薯好食到不得了!又系外脆内软!师傅仲帮我添多一旧😜自家制ミルクアイスとさつまいもHomemade Milk Ice Cream and Sweet Potato今餐真系味蕾享受🥰

📍 Tempura Araki (中环)中环威灵顿街10号5楼2-Michelin-star in Hokkaido 🌟🌟Dinner tempura omakase $1,600 p.p.当晚menu:北海道𫚕鱼 三文鱼子炸银杏 (未经熟成)炸虾脚花竹虾 x 2 较为失望, so bland to a point that it’s completely tasteless大环鱿鱼蚬肉昆布高汤 太刀鱼沙追鱼 炸带子紫海胆粟米鳗鱼追加 芦笋天茶🌟 慢炸蕃薯 牛奶雪糕 炸蕃薯可能呢晚个人唯一喜欢嘅一道 但$1600得一旧中意真系出哂事整体用料同价钱不成正比 味道亦较单调明白有部分价钱系比左去本店嘅名气度 但性价比仍较低 短期内未必会再去

A very nice Omakase meal featuring tempura. The renowned two-Michelin starred tempura restaurant from Sapporo, Hokkaido has opened in Hong Kong 2-3 months ago in an exquisite building, which is perfect for omakase meal as it’s tiny, with 7 or 8 seats max. All the fish and shrimps dishes were done just right. The fried shrimp head was so good and so light that we ate that entirely right away. The sweet corn was a pleasant surprise and could tell the chef’s craftsmanship in using his knife and the perfect balance of the batter to hold the corn together. Everything was delicate and light while making you full. Can’t finish the homemade ice cream at the end. The 90-degree bow by the chef and the server when we left was very respectful and following the Japanese etiquette.
