It was my first time ordering a cake from SWEET SECRETS, and it was just perfect! Sarah helped me design a beautiful bespoke “tennis-theme” cake for my friend’s birthday party. It was delivered right on time at our hotel room, the cake’s design and level of details are sensational... colourful, and taste delicious (we’ve chosen chocolate truffle flavour with mango cupcakes, and all our friends loved it!).It was also very convenient because I ordered it online through whatsapp and the cake was directly delivered to our hotel. So BIG THANK YOU to Sarah and all your team to prepare such a nice and delicious birthday cake. I’ll definitely choose Sweet Secrets again in the future for our next special occasion events.

朋友推介既,(因为屋企人对鸡蛋过敏所以过往订蛋糕都比较麻烦,系香港好难揾到好食既vegan cake,试过几间都觉得口感一般。)系到订左个朱古力生日蛋糕 (heavens chocolate cake)。个人觉得同之前食过既vegan cake好大分别,蛋糕好湿润,唔会太甜,朱古力味既frosting都好rich同埋creamy,非常推介!!老板娘亦都非常nice同埋有心,有提醒我哋话室温会好食啲。唯一缺点系因为依家冇左physical shop(10月结业)所以要去旺角自取因为delivery有小小贵

@sweetsecretscakes ————————————————————可能适合对象:#全素蛋糕 #杞子香橙蛋糕 #无麸质蛋糕 #无蛋无奶蛋糕甜度(5星最甜):⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️浓度(5星最浓):⭐️⭐️⭐️🍴:餐刀 ✔️ / 蜡烛 ✔️ / 冰袋 ✖️/ 纸盒✔️🏷:✔️(另加)💬:Very Energetic 嘅感觉,唔知系ABC or CBC or whatever C,好明显有分别嘅感觉。一入去就有人好开心咁同你讲Good Morning,加埋个好真心开心嘅笑容,走嘅时候提我哋要放蛋糕系室温,仲预祝我哋新年快乐。外国味浓厚, 好Like!🛒:中环 #cakeup_中环站🔘:个装 6”💰:$738————————————————————性价比:中新年流流,首先祝大家新一年身体健康,事事顺利!而Caketionary就衬住今日同大家介绍一个充满新年味嘅蛋糕!近年嚟,越嚟越多人注重健康,又或者多咗人容易敏感。(就好似我咁,自我唔再饮咖啡加奶,下巴嘅暗疮冇晒)而我亦知道有好多人食完奶类制品会搞肚痛,成肚气!再者啦,身边亦都多咗好多朋友关注到环保议题,提倡唔食肉、蛋或者奶。种种原因,其实都系想帮到自己,帮到动物,帮到个我哋爱嘅地球!但系若然真系有需要揾𠵱种蛋糕,一下子揾,就头痕啦,因为首先未食过先啦,唔知品质;二来,𠵱种因应食客要求而造嘅蛋糕,多数都未必做到大众化价钱,所以买到又贵又唔好食,就 __ __ 啦!(自己填啦)今次介绍嘅系一间由1999年开业嘅饼店,自2011年开始,由于饼主留意到香港缺乏不含面筋、不含白糖、不含蛋奶品嘅烘焙产品;更加佢好肉痛见到小朋友因为蛋糕ingredients唔适合嘅情况下,买唔到生日蛋糕。佢就系想做到高品质,或者可以做到同普通蛋糕无分别嘅Vegan或是 Gluten Free蛋糕。因为理念,就成为香港首家出售合乎原始人饮食法、不含面筋、不含白糖、不含蛋奶品嘅烘焙产品饼店。而我哋今次试嘅系佢哋为新年而出嘅新蛋糕 — 杞子香橙蛋糕!个Favour 对我哋嚟讲感觉好中式,啱晒新年。纯用到杞子、香橙、有机椰油、椰子Cream,椰糖去做。究竟冇蛋、冇白糖、仲要Gluten Free嘅蛋糕味道如何呢?首先,unbox一刻,一打开盒,好香柚子或者桔仔味(其实我唔知点解联想到话梅)。而卖相上,面头上有3支康乃馨,配上一个以糖胶做成嘅福字作为装饰。旁边亦以白色Cream衬橙色,睇落迎春接福感浓厚。讲到口感,湿润度高,油脂感好重。最令人感到油脂感重,应该系Cream。看似好企身嘅Cream,一入口,即由Cream状变为水油状。而蛋糕糕身,口感系似一整旧椰丝咁,其实的确有啲似食紧Carrot Cake。同时,亦好奇妙,质感亦令我联想到好似系海滩度,好湿好湿嘅沙咁,一手嗱起好似好实,但系一叉落去会散开晒。(不竟无蛋,所以咁嘅Texture其实好正常)顺带一提,切蛋糕一刻好疗愈,一切落去,啲Cream系可以切到有90度,好公整,OCD嘅人会好High!而味道上,椰子味好重,有啲重过橙味同杞子味。可能主力用到椰油同椰糖,成个蛋糕真系椰味浓。不过Cream当中,抑或蛋糕本身都会食得出橙味,只系椰子味戏分多啲。至于杞子方面,就唔太食得到,可能本身未原粒食过,唔知乜味。但你切开个蛋糕时,系肉眼见得到有嘅。整体嚟讲,甜度几高,味道上亦会以椰子味行先,再到橙味,最后系杞子。油脂感真系几重,但可以放心,就算油都系 天然Healthy Fat。若然你明白同试过食Western一啲嘅蛋糕,亦较为Prefer Western Style嘅蛋糕,佢会系一个Option(但据了解,好受Local Fans欢迎 too)最后,又俾一个比喻,如果你一向食开牛扒,无啦啦食一块扮牛扒嘅素牛扒,就算块素牛扒点好味,都会有分别,所以如果要比较,点都有啲唔公平。至于,若然你系prefer 同食惯用蛋用奶做嘅蛋糕,最好就有一个接受新食物嘅Mindset,可能会Fair啲。————————————————————#cake #birthday #蛋糕 #生日 #生日蛋糕 #birthdaycake #hongkong #hkig #香港 #香港限定 #hkbakery #caketionary #caketionaryhongkong #呃like #相机食先 #vegetarian #vegan

1. No dining in is allowed due to their license problem. There is no dining space (not even a bar table) available whatsoever, just a cramped shops with loads of baking utensils and ingredients.2. Therefore, I had to eat right outside the shop, holding the cake box, which wasn’t quite the best dining experience on a hot and humid Hong Kong summer afternoon.3. The piece of Chocolate Truffle Cake I chose is just okay. I couldn’t quite taste any truffle in it. It is quite rich in chocolate flavour though.4. Sweet Secrets emphasizes their desserts are gluten free and suitable for vegan. I wonder how true is that?5. Trying once is enough, I would definitely not going back again. I should have walked a little bit further to get Sweetpea this time…
