金巴利道一向係韓式料理集中地，我哋今次就嚟咗呢間Ssal Bori Ssal ，主打正宗韓國料理，入到去發現原來都唔少韓國人特登嚟食嘢。餐廳雖然唔大，但乾淨企理。海鮮薄餅 $149薄餅煎到金黃色，外邊好香脆，入面主要就有魷魚同蔬菜等配料，厚薄啱啱好食落唔會太粉，點埋辣汁食就更加惹味。韓式豬手 $310豬手好大份，原隻連骨切片上。豬手入味，豬皮口感q彈，脂肪層爽而不膩，肉嘅部分亦都腍身。可以攞d生菜夾住豬手同辣醬一齊食就更加清爽。韓式石頭飯(牛) $120如果鍾意食飯焦就一定唔可以錯過佢哋嘅石頭飯。配料除咗自選嘅肉類(我哋揀咗牛)，仲有生蛋黃、香菇、芽菜、菠菜、蘿蔔等蔬菜，色彩繽紛賣相一流。最正就係成個底都係飯焦，脆卜卜非常香口。。。Ssal Bori Ssal (尖沙咀)尖沙咀金巴利道78號金輝閣地下B號舖。。

好差好差，無法理解，而家年糕有無咁貴啊？？？？85蚊一份年糕得幾條，好似人哋食淨啲口水尾。真系不得之了呢間餐廳，好差好差好差，工作人員都唔係韓國人點樣講正宗啊！！

看到裡面全場爆滿，門外張貼的豬手海報十分吸引，於是決定試試，進店後發現店員甚至食客都是韓國人，店內播著韓文歌，氛圍感滿滿三小碟：芽菜、泡菜、漬豆角三碟前菜可任添，特別一讚泡菜，吃得出自家製的味道，酸辣味道有層次，很好吃海鮮薄餅 $149必吃的海鮮煎餅，厚厚的外脆內軟口感，裏面全是海鮮和韭菜，記得沾靈魂醬汁吃，將整體味道提升韓式豬手 $310被外面的海報吸引，上桌幸好圖文相符，豬手份量超多，夠3~4人吃，滿滿骨膠原，軟腍入味，沾韓式醬再用生菜包住，清除油膩感炒年糕 $85傳統的韓式辣炒年糕，辣辣的年糕煙靭有口感，還有魚糕，份量也不少味道超正宗，份量很大，適合與朋友聚會聊天

又到咗一月一次嘅月經飯，今晚揀咗間好出名嘅韓國餐廳，一入去冇耐就見到出邊已經排長龍，真係好彩我哋行快咗兩步。一坐低落咗order之後，佢就會擺低三款前菜，呢度蒜真係醃得幾好食，平時我係絕對唔會掂呢啲嘢今晚都食唔停。爽脆再加辣辣地嘅口感，係幾開胃嘅。因為朋友唔食辣，所以我哋叫咗個大蜆大醬湯。除咗蜆之外，入邊仲有翠玉瓜，冬菇，洋蔥，金菇，豆腐，真係好足料㗎，普通鹹鹹地，所以配埋個飯就啱啱好。泡菜煎餅就食得得多啦，今次我哋試吓啲新嘢，叫咗個韭菜煎餅。真係滿滿嘅韭菜，粉漿反而好少，唔會太膩，韭菜愛好者一定愛爆。跟住就叫咗個豬手五花肉拼盤，我哋真係太睇得起自己啦。因為佢個份量真係太多啦。我估呢個份量起碼要四個人一齊食先至可以食得晒。佢啲豬手炆到好冧，每塊豬皮都滿滿骨膠原，好正㗎。佢啲五花腩都唔會太肥，仲連咗啲軟骨，脆卜卜嘅口感，再加埋啖啖肉，簡直係食肉獸天堂。佢會跟埋啲生菜同埋兩款醬，仲有佢哋自家製嘅醃沙律菜，全部嘢擺埋一齊，清新得來又啖啖肉，正。

呢日同朋友一齊嚟咗呢間韓國🇰🇷餐廳食午餐呢度唔算大不過坐得算係幾舒服🤣$290「韓式五花肉」：五花腩肉🐷大約78%瘦肉22%脂肪，油脂十分充足所以甘香非常😁；仲有生菜🥬可以包住 五花腩肉🐷 嚟食，又有2小碟辣辣哋嘅醬汁可以沾五花腩肉食🐷😋$99「韭菜薄餅」：加咗超大量韭菜所以感覺健康啲🤣，煎得幾香口🤣$120「韓式雞肉石頭飯」：2017年 Bibimbap 喺CNN Travel 全球最美味50種食物 讀者調查中排名第40，雖然呢啲調查得啖笑，不過 Bibimbap 真係幾好味 😋；呢間餐廳嘅 Bibimbap 有齊 Bibimbap 嘅基本材料，不過唔係用牛肉係用雞肉（其實雞肉係我哋自己揀）🤩，真係幾好味，仲份量好多，仲有啲飯焦可以食👍$15 Coke Zero：凍冰冰嘅可口可樂就梗係好飲啦🤣$15 Mineral Water 💦: 凍冰冰太大樽🤣呢度有多款 韓國濁米酒 Makgeolli，又或者叫 Makkoli，下次嚟可以試吓🤣
