The seats are packed on weekdays. It's like being in Korea.Each dish has a large portion and the seafood pancakes ($149) are packed with ingredients. I arrived at 6:15 but it is nearly full. While I was having dinner, many people were waiting outside. 尖沙咀有間正宗韓國料理，餐廳以木統以顏色為主體，柔和嘅燈光，墻壁上滿布住韓式poster做裝飾，感覺自己恍如置身於韓國。餐廳主打獨特嘅韓國菜式，而食物選擇都算多。我哋今日就揀咗一啲特色嘅美食:⭐海鮮薄餅$149- 海鮮薄餅好足料，而且薄餅煎得好薄，非常好味，又脆口⭐純豆腐海鮮湯$103- 豆腐真係好滑，而且用吾同嘅海鮮一齊煮，湯底非常鮮味。⭐芝士泡菜炒飯$120- 我就好鍾意呢個芝士泡菜炒飯，泡菜味好濃郁，芝士仲可以拉絲，而且份量都好足夠，兩至三個人食都完全冇問題!🍶紫薯米酒$135- 紫薯米酒非常香紫薯味，配襯韓國美食真係一流👍

尖沙咀最出名嘅一定係韓國菜，除咗韓國加之外嘅提子都有好多選擇呢一間喺街尾，好覺眼，但係賣嘅都係傳統韓國菜！雖然選擇唔多韭菜薄餅自己好鍾意食呢一個，薄餅好夠脆身，但係比較多人！佢用料好足，好多韭菜！韓式燉牛尾滿滿嘅骨膠原，而且牛尾好入味，一面用了都好足！韓式紫菜飯可以用手整成球狀，出面都用食過，呢個特別多紫菜韓式血腸湯飯呢個正正常常，佢個湯底偏淡口味，最好自己加啲調味料會比較好！血腸就普普通通，都係加韓式辣醬會比較好食！

𓄳 𓄳 𓄳最近迷上了黑白大廚，迷上了白湯匙Chef Edward Lee。很喜歡他在決賽時的參賽菜式，昨晚特意到尖沙咀韓國街Ssal Bori Ssal品嚐他菜式中用到的馬格利酒♥♥♥𓄔砥平生米酒 $135其實很多韓國料理店家都有供應馬格利酒，但大部份都是原裝上桌。這裏則以正宗黃鋁酒壺和酒碗盛載，喝起來特別地道，而且還有多款口味以供選擇。𓄔海鮮煎餅 $149喝傳統酒首選搭配煎餅啦。這裡的海鮮煎餅更是必點推薦！外面煎得金黃香脆，麵糊的厚度剛好，有軟糯的口感又不會太厚。加上大量海鮮及黃蔥，真的好香好惹味！𓄔燉豬肉陪飯 $138湯頭清淡爽口，附上三種調味料：鹹魚仔、胡椒、辣醬，客人可自行調味，豬肉和韮菜份量很多，非常下飯。𓄔牛肉炒粉絲 $133牛肉份量不少，粉絲口感煙韌。最出色是調味，濃淡適中帶點鹹香，大大碟性價比甚高。其實我經常到訪Ssal Bori Ssal，他們家的韓國菜除了高質素之外，還是份量大的，所以性價比很高。特別愛他們的海鮮煎餅配馬格利酒，真的很地道。倘若你還沒有去過的話，一定要試試。𓄳 𓄳 𓄳

韓式炆牛尾牛尾d肉都吾少，而且好軟腍又入味帶少少肥，個汁好香濃偏甜，有碗白飯吸哂湯汁好送飯，仲有蘿蔔同冬菇都炆得超入味吸曬d精華。韓式豬手&五花肉上桌時已經切成小塊，肉質超級軟嫩的豬手瞬間在口中溶化，豬皮口感彈牙有嚼勁，每一口盡是滿滿的骨膠原，無論直接吃或搭配不同的醬料和配菜來吃，同樣美味無窮，沙律醬汁酸甜好開胃，食咁多肉食番啲菜冇咁膩。醬油蒜蓉炸雞雞肉冇骨食起黎好方便，炸得外脆內軟，外衣炸粉酥脆，而雞肉同時保留肉汁，熱辣辣一咬開仲有啲爆汁。

尖沙咀有一條聚集韓國餐廳的街道，Ssal Bori Ssal更是每天都人潮洶湧。這裡的菜肴正宗美味，讓人彷彿置身於韓國的小店，連韓國人也特意光顧，價格也相對親民！❣️ **花蛤大醬鍋**大醬湯是韓國人最愛的家常料理，這裡的味道正宗！石鍋熱騰騰地端上桌，還附有一碗白飯，將大醬湯與白飯搭配，簡直一絕。大醬味道濃郁，調味恰到好處，不會過鹹，內有花蛤、蘿蔔、豆腐、櫛瓜和蔥花，料多實在，鮮美可口。❣️ **牛肉韓式石頭飯**不可錯過的「牛肉石頭鍋飯」！上桌時石鍋發出滋滋聲，熱力十足。新鮮的牛肉搭配香滑的米飯，煮出香噴噴的味道，底部的鍋巴格外香脆，吃得令人滿足！牛肉、香菇、菠菜和辣醬混合在一起，風味絕佳，底層的飯焦更是美味。❣️ **Egg Roll 韓式蛋卷**份量十足，是許多桌的必點之選。厚厚的蛋卷搭配蕃茄醬和沙律醬，口感絕佳。❣️ **Baby KFC 韓式炸雞**這裡的韓式炸雞正宗可口，外脆內嫩，肉質鮮嫩多汁，配上微甜微鹹的醬油味，讓人一試必回頭再幫襯。
