The private kitchen is located in the heart of LKF, very easy to access but unknown to many of its exquisite gastronomy in the nightlife district.For us, it was to celebrate a close girl friend's bachelor / pre-wedding party. The place was just perfect. It was like being invited to a traditional Italien Family for dining, the slow cooked food was really tasty, special and enriching. The host would often add an anecdote to explain a bit the story behind each dish and each wine. In addition, the host was very funny and friendly who added lots of laughs to our private party. I was very pleased to be able to book the place to throw the bachelor party. The culinary experience was memorable and we finished the meal with homemade liquors! Highly recommended to people who want to explore Italien cuisine or who are looking for special dining experience. I will definitely come back with another group of friends or family, because there are many other menus that we would like to try.

We experienced such a memorable tasty journey hidden in Lan Kwai Fong!The main course was Linguine e vongole veraci, linguine with Neapolitan claims, slow-cooked to perfection to make the dish light, rich and fresh without using heavy creams or cheeses. Adding a little bit of Chef Ermanno’s homemade chilli oil – we nearly forgot all the pastas we’ve ever eaten! We topped off the meal with dessert – a Torta Caprese di cioccolato bianco al limone. This famous cake is an original of the island of Capri, and it came perfectly matched with Ermanno’s Hazelnut espresso.

Have tried many Italian restaurants in HK, especially when i have an Italian boss... Segreto is by far the best! The food was prepared with passion with superb taste. The wine pairing suggestion is nicely done. The atmosphere, the food, and especially the Chef is a perfect combination. Will definitely visit again. He even made the candies himself!Book in advance!Eggplant Parmiggiana with peppersmeatloaf in making... um.....desset in making!pasta in Neapolitan sauce (cooked for 30+ hr!!) and homemade ricotta cheesesuperb meatloaf (from someone who does not eat meatloaf...) with potatoes and cheese pureepuff pastry with wild cherries and creamforgot to take pictures of the sorbet and the hazelnut cream espresso!!!! next time!

同朋友睇完perfect strangers, 就来这里晚餐,感觉好有电影中那种到朋友家聚餐的感觉,只是没有电影中的猜疑。地方不大,一圈十个counter位,正好围著主人,边吃边聊。主人是意大利人,做的也是地道的南意家庭菜。不花巧,但道道美味。一道Pasta, 用的是熬著30个钟的肉酱做sauce, 已经是吃完要encore啦,清口的sorbets 用Basil 做,也是好少有。自己煑的咖啡,加了鲜磨的hazel nuts. 都好回昧。是我好喜欢个种有eating atmosphere 的地方。

当晚我们4个朋友聚会,又有另一班食客同我们一齐,虽然有陌生人在场,但大厨好识得控制气氛,一开始已经有一杯杯香槟欢迎我们。大家都懒得带酒,大厨有一箱箱合适的红白酒,当晚我们这group开了两支。我们几个旧朋友可以有倾有讲,有时亦会停一停听大厨讲每一道菜式的背景同趣事。菜式正宗地道,好少餐厅会有。沙律虽然简单但相当好味道,平时戒食粉面饭但当晚忍唔住食完成碟意粉,因为大厨自制慢煮成日的意粉酱太好味,主菜我们订了牛扒,大厨自家腌制aging的牛扒非常满足平时是食肉兽的我。完了三道菜已经饮饱食醉,但见到tiramisu又不得不试,质感同餐厅不一样,而且咖啡味好出,原来大厨有秘密加料。每道菜都是在我们面前煮好,感觉就似在一个烹饪节目坐前排,大厨好有幽默感,所有烹饪知识解释后都变得好有趣。最后大厨煮好自己blend的咖啡,倒入已有榛子忌廉的小杯,饮用之前大家都禁不住深深吸一啖,香气扑鼻,饮落去味道口感一流。大厨话自制的榛子忌廉为非卖品,但邀请我们可以约第日放工后再上studio,同大厨一齐整,学识制作过程。一餐晚饭好满足好开心。
